Often we think of our future self or our best self as this version of ourselves that is years down the road! Maybe it's the dream job we have or the dream house, or maybe it is simply a feeling that you long to carry within yourself. Whatever it may be, I think that as we visualize this version of ourselves, we overlook all the little things we are doing now or could be doing now that will get us closer to that future self. Whether it is setting your clothes out the night before your workout, or writing your grocery list before you go to the store, your future self, even if it's the future self that is only a few hours away from the you that you are now, will thank you for setting yourself up for success! Don't overlook the little actions you are taking now or could be taking now to help become that future version of yourself.
