of mesh. There is the boxversion, and then there's the
field version.
I have field one in my face offstick and box one in my player
stick. Love everything about armmesh cradling with one arm, it
goes down to the bottom of yourpocket. When you're cradling

(00:49):
with two arms, it stays in themiddle of your pocket. When
you're going to shoot, it goesup to the high part of the
pocket. And it doesn't need ashooter, so that's kinda nice.
Quick challenge of the week.Thirty second dot drill. Tape or
chalk five small dots onto awall as many clean hits as you
can in thirty seconds. Nocradles. Just catch and pop.

It'll be the sixes format, whichis very fun to play and watch.
Because right after a goal, thegoalie clears it out. I'll go
all the way up the end foranother goal. Super fun. I've
played it before.
I played a whole tournament init. It was a really fun

(01:52):
tournament. But away from that,we will go collagen and all that
was starting up. For all thoseplayers that are watching this,
good luck, and there will besome stat breakdowns and some
game prediction. I think therewill be some fun games to watch.
One matchup we need to look outfor is this duke versus Notre

(02:13):
Dame. That's always a game towatch. So many great stars. You
have to be on the lookout forthat. This last weekend, the
West Coast Cup delivered around50 teams and a 110 games.
Great lacrosse, good food, andstrong atmosphere. Congrats to
all the brackets. Lots ofquality play and ton of smiles

(09:32):
I've been using ArmourMesh nowfor around one year. I've been
using Arm Rush for a year now. Ilove everything about it. I love
how when you're cradling withone arm, it goes down to the
bottom of the pocket. And thenwhen you're cradling with two
arms, it goes up to two, the midpocket, and it goes up to the

(09:59):
high pocket when you're going toshoot.
That's what I love about itbecause it's not just one set
pocket. It's every pocket.Alright. Next, we have a
reminder that we are in thetwenty twenty eight Olympics. It
is the sixes format, and I'veplayed sixes before, and it's

(10:21):
very fun.
I think it'll be fun to watch. And if it's in California, so
that's kind of far away fromwhere I live. But it's gonna be
cool to watch on TV.

some fun stuff to watch. And wehave we're gonna have some epic

(11:05):
game predictions.
Like, I think a good game towatch would be Notre Dame and
Duke. So that's gonna be fun towatch if they play each other
this season. Then we could haveAnd we have some epic

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
