Remembering to PLAY... I don't know about you, but I can guarantee that we both haven't prioritized play in a LONG TIME. That's where Kara comes in.
Kara Latta is the Founder and Chief Fun Officer of The Playful Warrior, a brand that reconnects adults back to their inherent nature and playfulness. She is also a Play and Mindset Coach and the Creator of ThoughtPLAY.
Like so many of us, Kara has had a difficult few years especially 2020. Through losing a loved one, losing her job, and losing herself she realized that there's a path to healing that we, as adults, all forgot about. We forgot to play. That's why she started The Playful Warrior. In this episode we deep dive into the importance of play & imagination. They are tools to heal us. We discuss the subconscious mind. Did you know that the subconscious mind can't process negatives? We talk about why that has a major affect on each of our lives and some tools to combat our everyday struggles. The subconscious mind is powerful and Kara discusses retraining the subconscious mind through hypnosis & EFT tapping.
