About Paula:
Paula Anderson attended LeMoyne-Owen College and earned a bachelor’s degree in English in 1996 and a bachelor’s degree in journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Memphis. She earned her master’s degree in journalism and strategic media from the University of Memphis.
In 2017, she developed a magazine to highlight underrepresented entrepreneurs in Memphis while pursuing her graduate degree. Since that time, she has published over 10 publications featuring emerging and enterprising entrepreneurs in Memphis, Jackson, Nashville, and Murfreesboro.
She is a certified professional coder (CPC®) and approved medical coding instructor with (AAPC). Additionally, she was an adjunct instructor for 10 years. She is the founder of Paula Anderson Coaching and Consulting, LLC, a professional development and coaching service for healthcare professionals.
Paula is the mother of one adult son. She says, “My most significant accomplishment is being a mother.”
