Welcome to Creating Structure Podcast No. 38. It's hard to limit the introduction, summary and content about Scott Maloney and our discussion. Scott is many things, including entrepreneur, company founder, leader, architect, business developer, father, traveler, innovator, and more. Scott and K2M operate in the design and real estate markets across the United States.
Scott serves as the founder / visionary of K2M and supports an incredible leadership team there. This team allows him to focus on what he does best for the organization which includes planning, sales, and relationship development.
Scott is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) on a global basis and currently leads the "MyEO" Industry Groups initiative. He has been part of the Cleveland chapter since 2006. K2M is structured as an "EOS" (Entrepreneurial Operating System") company.
K2M Design, Inc. services industries such as Office, Hospitality, Senior Living, Mixed Use, Civic, Criminal Justice and more.
Scott's specialties include: Needs Assessment, Visioning, Master Planning, Space Planning, Programming, Strategic Thinking, Integrating Workplace Culture in Design, Architecture.
Scott is a Kent State University School of Architecture graduate and lives in North East Ohio. He loves to travel and has done so extensively.
