Andrew Huberman has changed my life for the better in many different ways. In my pursuit of self improvement this man has been a crucial part in teaching me how to improve my health, fitness, and cognition in a world where it's hard to receive unbiased, impartial, factual, science based information for approaches to making that happen. After spending hours and hours listening to his advice, knowledge, and protocols, I've found these 3 tips were very easy to incorporate quickly within my lifestyle.
