Are you interested in becoming a film producer? Or maybe you're just curious about what it takes to be successful in this role.

We'll discuss the importance of being organized and detail-oriented. A film producer is responsible for coordinating many different aspects of the production, from hiring crew members to managing the budget. Without strong organizational skills, a producer can quickly become overwhelmed.

We'll talk about the need for excellent communication skills. A film producer must be able to effectively communicate with directors, actors, crew members, and other stakeholders in order to ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.

Another key trait of a successful film producer is the ability to be resourceful and think creatively.  In the fast-paced world of film production, unexpected challenges and obstacles can arise at any time, and a producer must be able to come up with innovative solutions on the fly.

Additionally, a film producer must have strong leadership skills and lead with integrity. They need to be able to motivate and inspire their team, set goals and priorities, and make tough decisions when necessary. They need to be trustworthy.

Finally, another important trait of a successful film producer includes a strong passion for storytelling and filmmaking.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
