Based in Naarm (Melbourne), Jody discusses her unique practice, which blends social practice, photo media, and public art to explore themes of identity, representation, and the female gaze. Jody shares insights into her creative process and the importance of collaboration and connection to country, people and self. She delves into her PhD research which explores the concept of ‘social acupuncture’ as a context for her large-scale public installations.
