Starting back in July, my mom (Coach Karla) introduced me to this lifestyle, and by September, I went all in. The results? Over 30 pounds lost, increased energy, improved sleep, reduced inflammation, and so much more.
I share how this journey is not just about physical transformation but also spiritual stewardship, honoring our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). I also talk about the challenges, myths, and unexpected conversations this diet sparked along the way.
