Welcome to the second episode of Creative in Process!
In today’s episode, I sit down with a new guest: Lily Lee. Lily is a digital marketing project manager at a bank–and she loves creating content. It brings her joy to capture life's special moments and create memories that can be savored through art forms like videos, photography, blog posts, and social media. Expressing herself creatively and connecting authentically with others gives her meaning, purpose and joy in life. Lily is an ENFP on the Myers Briggs Personality Assessment and an Enneagram Type 4.
Lily and I chat about how to take our personality types in the context of other life variables, how to lead effectively as an ENFP, how to balance extraversion with a desire for deeper connection, and what we can do to engage our authentic selves and live our dreams when we’ve been raised to play it safe.
