Photographer Carmen Davailus retired from a 40-year nursing career, then turned her hobby into a second career when she launched the non-profit Doggies for Dementia to give back to those most in need. In this interview she talks about the unexpected creativity of the medical field, the challenges brought on by dementia, and giving back in retirement.
