Speaker 1 (00:22):
Subcreeps, and welcome to Creepy Confidential. Is Mothman really a
supernatural force predicting impending doom? Did Apollo eleven really land
on the moon in nineteen sixty nine? Did you find
out if that was a cult that was living just
two doors down that you waved to every single day
(00:42):
when you got your mail. If these are the things
you ponder when you should be sleeping, then I would
like to welcome you to Creepy Confidential. I'm your host, Noel,
your resident weirdo Wisconsin. I open case files on my
favorite cryptids, cults, conspiracies, and other worldly creepy with new cases,
(01:04):
live broadcasts, and local lore. Some stories have been lost
with time, others are perhaps still happening today in your
local communities, right up under your very creepy noses. So
get ready, creeps, It's Creepy Confidential. What's up, creeps. As
(01:35):
you can see, I am not alone this evening, so
welcome to Creepy Confidential. After dark now you can see it.
As I said, I have some friends here with me.
Speaker 2 (01:45):
Usually I only do these once a.
Speaker 1 (01:46):
Month, but this is a very special occasion. We have
things to talk about, We have some fun to have.
So let me introduce you. I'm sure you've seen these
gals before. So we have Alex of Strange Talk Radio.
She has a fantastic podcast over there. And then also
below us here, this is Joanna, the Supreme of the Ghoulies,
(02:08):
also the creator of Gholi Khan, which we.
Speaker 2 (02:10):
Are going to be talking about.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
Welcome to the show, gals.
Speaker 3 (02:13):
Hello, good to be back.
Speaker 1 (02:17):
Very exciting. I'm so excited about this. So as we're
I was briefly mentioning and those who know me in
the regular muggle world, I'm a nerd, so I have
made us a couple slide shows this evening.
Speaker 2 (02:29):
I'm very excited.
Speaker 3 (02:33):
I also feel like we're a little bit betrayed because
it's after dark, but because it's summer, the sun's still
out and I'm like.
Speaker 1 (02:39):
Yeah, use my light that goes right here, get darker,
so it'll get a little spookier.
Speaker 3 (02:44):
Yeah, it gets spookier as time goes on.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
Yeah, it's like we're gonna we're gonna let me pull
you guys in a little closer.
Speaker 4 (02:51):
Cool.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
I like that, all right, I'm so much better now.
I feel like part of, like part of the conversation here.
So with our with our little get together tonight. The
biggest thing is I'm excited to bring about to all
the other creeps that that know, the different things that
are going to be happening at Ghulikan. That's really the
(03:15):
most important thing. I have all kinds of slides where
to talk about who's coming, what we're going to see,
and a fun panel that all three of us, because
I like to bring my friends to everything I do.
Speaker 3 (03:28):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (03:29):
We're going to be doing so we're going to talk
about that now before we get rolling here. I want
to just first of all, say, so Ghuli Kan twenty
twenty four, we were were there.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
All of us were there, and Joanna was there.
Speaker 4 (03:43):
I'll run around a little bit.
Speaker 3 (03:45):
If you're busy or something you had, like a convention
to run or something.
Speaker 1 (03:49):
Yeah, but it was a blast. It was I have
mentioned it before. I think I talked to more people
and you know, shook hands and kissed babies all weekend.
It was much fun. It was so much fun and
being on individual panels, and I liked it because it
(04:11):
had that hometown feel where you could still be involved
with the people that were part of it, unlike the
huge conventions where They're like they're way over there on
some screen that you can't even imagine who you know
to talk to them.
Speaker 2 (04:24):
So really really like that.
Speaker 1 (04:27):
So to kick the night off, I have made us
a little trivia. I'm just gonna jump right into it.
I'm excited our paranormal trivia. Now some of it, some
of it's more serious. So I thought this would just
be a great way to kind of kick the dirt
(04:47):
off the boots, if you will. And I'm gonna I'm
gonna turn this little music down. I have that in
the background a little bit.
Speaker 3 (04:54):
It's really making it feel like Halloween and I'm loving it.
Speaker 1 (05:01):
Yeah, well, you know, I'm a nerd and I just
wanted to feel that. Okay, So, as I mentioned, paranormal
trivia with Creepy Confidential, So we're going to kick off
our very first question. So which of the following teams
are not an actual paranormal investigating team.
Speaker 3 (05:27):
You're starting off with controversy here, aren't you not?
Speaker 2 (05:30):
Really could be?
Speaker 4 (05:35):
Can we call the audience in the audience that people?
Speaker 1 (05:40):
That's a great thing to mention comments. Put it in
the comments which you think.
Speaker 3 (05:44):
The answer is, are there's Zach Begans haters here, who
are going to be like That's why I was thinking
you were starting with controversy.
Speaker 1 (05:51):
Maybe maybe it'll incite a little kurfluffle.
Speaker 4 (05:55):
That's okay.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
So here are the teams. You have ghost Hunters also
known as taps right ghost Hunters. Then we have Zach Begans.
Speaker 4 (06:09):
I love how Begans.
Speaker 1 (06:11):
Is the biggest one in the picture and his team
are like minions. Get behind me, ghost Hunters, They're they're
all the same. Yeah, granted, this is this is a
picture without Grant. This is a modern picture. Yeah for
those ghost Hunter fans. Grant was in the originally, but
don't worry, he's another ones. So we have ghost Hunters,
ghost Adventures and ghost Bouncers.
Speaker 3 (06:35):
Oh do we just give you our answer? Yeah, just
call it ghost bouncers.
Speaker 4 (06:45):
Bouncers. You are so I would love to go on
an investigation with them. Actually, I agree.
Speaker 3 (06:52):
It would be so fun.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
Bobby Bottle Service, I.
Speaker 4 (07:00):
Have a great deside.
Speaker 5 (07:04):
Understand power legal activity a ka ghost excuse me as
for always is my best friend and my vision videographer.
Speaker 4 (07:15):
Particularly this is a deaf mute sound guy.
Speaker 1 (07:20):
I mean this kid a deaf mute sound guy.
Speaker 4 (07:25):
And together well very much.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
Ghostline I had. I did take it from a TikTok.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
I'm so glad you put that in there, though, I
want six seasons of that.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
Yes, me too, me too, So real quick. Courtney was
wondering which one of the three groups was not a
paranormal team, like a real paranormal team. We had ghost adventures,
ghost hunters, and ghost sponsors with Bobby Bottle Service Bobby
a ka Bobby Bottle Service.
Speaker 4 (08:05):
That would be great.
Speaker 3 (08:06):
Ye oh yeah, who's got the contact for Bobby Bottle Service?
Speaker 4 (08:12):
How do we get the chat the screen?
Speaker 1 (08:16):
We need to find Bobby Bottle Service. You know, Nick
Kral seems like he actually would be like he might
go out, and I know he has to get paid.
He always says that he doesn't do it for free,
but that would be hilarious to actually have him show up.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
You don't have for free, but like you don't have
to do it for free, but you could do it
for the bit.
Speaker 1 (08:36):
Yeah, because it's the right. The bit is really what
it's for. So we started, you know, I started off
with something to kind of break the ice, and now
we're going to actually dive into a scientific question.
Speaker 4 (08:47):
Okay, okay, So.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
What does the acronym E M F stand for is
it a electric magnetic force, B electro magnetic field or
see electronic magnetic field. Call them out.
Speaker 3 (09:09):
It's B yeah, say me.
Speaker 4 (09:13):
Okay, all right.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
Before I I like go to the next one, now, Joanna,
remember when I did the Big Halloween the finale trav trivia.
I'm pretty good at getting the questions where unless you're
unless you're really keen on the information you.
Speaker 3 (09:32):
Might question, you've got a good trick answer in there.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
Yeah, I tried, so the answer is indeed be electro
magnetic field. There you go, good science question. I think
science is important with paranormal investigating where you're from.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
Well, question here, I'm sure.
Speaker 4 (09:57):
Okay, the usual stuff isn't working.
Speaker 1 (10:00):
So you guys know I love my Ghostbusters. That's where
I all started. So this one is a true or
false question those who are in there and listening. In
the opening library scene of Ghostbusters, the Purple Librarian spirit
Lady is considered a and quote apparition, true or false.
(10:25):
Courtney says true in the comments.
Speaker 3 (10:27):
True and I'm sure that he specifically says it's a
full body apparition.
Speaker 6 (10:33):
Oh yes, So let's let's take a look see.
Speaker 1 (10:47):
Man, I love that movie.
Speaker 4 (10:48):
So much, so good.
Speaker 7 (10:49):
That is.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
Yes, that is true in the in the in the
script he does say full bodied apparition. But I like
that clipbok because he shows off the apparition.
Speaker 3 (11:00):
Finally, the film nerd of me gets gets to be like,
I know this, but not for the sun reason.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
All right, so let's see here hopefully not And there
we go. So here's where we were talking about about previously.
Though I don't want to almost had the names. I
don't want to give it away. Yes, which reality paranormal
team started as a Rota ruder plumber? Uh like work
like real work. Is it a ghost Hunters? Is it
(11:31):
b ghost Adventures or is it c the Tennessee Raith Chasers.
Speaker 3 (11:38):
M it is ghost Hunters because it's taps and I
always thought it was cute that their academic taps and
they were plumbers. That adorable.
Speaker 1 (11:49):
What about you, Joanna? What do you think?
Speaker 4 (11:50):
Listen MEA's drange talk.
Speaker 3 (11:52):
Yeah, high minding here.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
I I agree, I agree, Yes, it is Hunters now
so they were really like before that they were legit
plumbers yep. Now fun fact. Back in my gig's Paranormal Day,
girls investigating ghosts in the Supernatural.
Speaker 4 (12:13):
I'd glad to give.
Speaker 1 (12:14):
It a little little piece. The Sci Fi Channel had
a contest and you had to submit a video and
it was like a skit and then talking about why
you like, why you loved paranormal investigating. And so the
openers of ghost Hunters they have their van and it
like morphs. The van paint morphs into the taps van.
(12:39):
So we took that and we morphed from our vet
tech scrubs into our girls investigating ghosts merch.
Speaker 3 (12:47):
That is so good.
Speaker 1 (12:49):
So I don't know where it is out there. There's
a clip of it somewhere out there on the internet.
Speaker 3 (12:54):
But fun fact, that is amazing and I love that.
Speaker 2 (12:58):
Well, here we go, all right, I have.
Speaker 3 (13:01):
A feeling Srianna's got this one.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
Do you think so? Right?
Speaker 3 (13:06):
I think so? You said to me the answers.
Speaker 4 (13:12):
What did I do?
Speaker 7 (13:12):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (13:12):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (13:13):
In Doctor Duncan McDougall's nineteen oh one twenty one Graham's experiment,
what was he trying to determine the weight of? First
of all, you'll know the answer if you listen to
the Creepy Confidential episode twenty one grams a humidity the
human breath or see the human soul.
Speaker 3 (13:38):
Sana, we just go say the soul because that's the soul. Yeah, yeah,
I heard your guest. I was like, you've got this one.
Speaker 1 (13:48):
You know this, You're right. It's like she's you know,
friends with a creep that writes about twenty right, and yes,
So I included a little newspaper clip that I had,
soul has weight physician thinks, uh, doctor McDougall, oh of tavern,
(14:09):
what does it say? I forgot this one?
Speaker 3 (14:11):
Have her?
Speaker 1 (14:11):
He'll tell he'll tell of experiments at death lost to
body recorded. So that was even with my glasses on.
I still can't read that.
Speaker 4 (14:20):
All of us with glasses literally just did this like.
Speaker 3 (14:26):
In front of my giant monitor. No less, Yes, I.
Speaker 1 (14:29):
Know it's it's pretty good. So yeah, it's big.
Speaker 3 (14:32):
You know, I guess I don't have this full screen.
Let me fix that.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
There we go, never right, zoom in that baby.
Speaker 4 (14:40):
Thing. Hi, guys, you're full.
Speaker 1 (14:44):
You can see my pores. All right, let's see what's next.
I don't have like a ton of questions. These were
like just to like get the get the ball rolling,
get us thinking, yeah, warmed up. Oh, So that was it.
So creantastic job, guys, absolutely creeptastic. Now, before we go
(15:07):
into the next little part here, I'm going to actually
bounce back over to Okay, you get ready here because
we were talking about Gholikan and we really wanted you know,
that's kind of why we're here. So before we get
into the xener cards, because of course you know that
you have to do that live, I'm excited to see
how you guys do. I want to bounce over to.
Speaker 2 (15:31):
The other slideshow.
Speaker 4 (15:34):
I'm curious what this slideshow is going to be.
Speaker 1 (15:37):
Yeah, so this one is GOOGLEI kan. We are going
to talk about GOOGLEI kan.
Speaker 3 (15:41):
It's Goolikan Tribua surprise.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
Yeah, you know, wrong, I have to uh but I think, well,
and there's so many things. I couldn't even get all
of the slides of all the crazy things that's happening
because there's just so much that's going on.
Speaker 4 (16:04):
We did. We are going to also have core authors
read their pieces on the stage.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
Oh that's wow.
Speaker 1 (16:13):
There's there's jam packed, jam packed weekend.
Speaker 3 (16:16):
I'll tell you a little lot of everything.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
So I have included of course, the this is a
Goolie composter. I like the most because it has you
guys on it.
Speaker 4 (16:27):
Oh love you.
Speaker 7 (16:29):
Now.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
For those who are maybe listening later or or not
not watching, this Gooli composter features two or two Haunt
actors from Saint Louis and then the Supreme of the
Ghoulies as well in her one of her characters. So
I absolutely adore this one because this is a way
it's literally creators creating. I just it's so much fun.
(16:52):
So if you want to get tickets for Gulikan, you're
going to go to goolikan dot com and you can
come to all the cool things that you're about to
learn about. It is July twelfth and the thirteenth, the
actual convention, but you're gonna learn there's more the tenth
and eleventh.
Speaker 3 (17:08):
Always more, always more.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
I got a couple from here, so yep.
Speaker 1 (17:15):
First thing is our Gholie Crawl, Joanna, Why don't you
tell us a little bit about this?
Speaker 5 (17:21):
Yeah, so we are going to basically just go around
a couple different bars in the main Strauss Covington area
and just.
Speaker 4 (17:31):
Be Ghoulies on the crawl. It is literally just a
way for you to just kind of start the weekend right,
kick it off right, literally.
Speaker 3 (17:40):
Yeah, start your after life. Might as well.
Speaker 4 (17:43):
Yeah right, I love that.
Speaker 1 (17:48):
Now this happens on July tenth and this now the
time is marked from five to eleven, but I have
fun has no time span.
Speaker 4 (17:56):
Yeah, so you know whoever, yeah, pretty much.
Speaker 1 (18:02):
Now do people have to have tickets to the Gholi Crawl?
Speaker 5 (18:05):
Yes, because you will have a red bracelet and then
that should get you different.
Speaker 4 (18:10):
Like drink specials. Okay, items from all of the different bars.
Speaker 1 (18:16):
Got it all right? I wish I could come, but
I can't until the next night.
Speaker 4 (18:24):
On Thursday.
Speaker 1 (18:25):
So it's I bet you it's going to be a blast.
I bet you guys are going to have now this one,
this one I'm looking forward to, oh so much. I
have been hyper fixating on Madame Creek that I am creating.
I really hope that it's good. Now the Excellence Awards,
(18:50):
So Joanna, how about again, since this is your baby,
can you tell us about the Excellence Awards?
Speaker 5 (18:55):
But this I wanted to do this last year, but
it would have been a little hard to try to
do it at the same time. I don't think so,
but whatever, But you know, so this is I mean,
you know, if you've ever seen the met Gala, you
know this is going to be the met Gala of four.
Speaker 4 (19:13):
We are going to have a.
Speaker 5 (19:15):
Black carpet, a photographer. We are going to be giving
awards to people within the community. Now we didn't choose
the people. We let the community choose the people. Well okay,
and we are going to be presenting awards and then
after that we will have our afterlife gala that if
you went to the first one. It's basically just going
(19:36):
to be us dancing and shaking our boutetes for a
couple of hours.
Speaker 1 (19:41):
Right appropriately, having a grand old time. Yes, Now, for
those who are listening in because this I'm going to
make sure that this gets released on an audio pretty quickly.
The Excellence Awards are taking place at the Leaping Lizard Gallery,
which is where Guli Kan twenty twenty four took place.
This is on Friday, July eleventh. Again, you will need tickets,
(20:03):
so you're gonna go to Goolican dot com. I'm gonna
continue to say that until people buy tickets.
Speaker 3 (20:09):
Dot com were saying it.
Speaker 4 (20:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (20:13):
Absolutely. Example, Now this one I don't I don't know
a lot about it, but I recognize the Sledgehammer horror people,
So now can you tell us about this one. What's
what's this movie all about?
Speaker 5 (20:29):
So this is their own movie, that their short film
that they created, and the actual premiere of it is
fully going to be at Gualican and then they will
have a panel with the director and some of the
actors right after it.
Speaker 1 (20:43):
Okay, then that's on Sunday. You said, Okay, I'm excited
to see I'm excited to see that. I'm like, I'm like, oh,
horror movies kind of Oh, I don't know, but I'm
excited to see what they did because I love a
good old fashioned like you know, it.
Speaker 4 (21:02):
Definitely looks good.
Speaker 5 (21:03):
So it will be the first time that it's shown
that the Gooligan so love it.
Speaker 1 (21:09):
Yes, so excited. I had to make sure I gave
the sledgehammer horror guys. You know, their family, and they
will be our prime people, by the way.
Speaker 4 (21:17):
They're so nice.
Speaker 5 (21:19):
They will they're going to be our official press, so
they will be recording.
Speaker 3 (21:23):
And that's what about to say is they kind of
have to be on the black carpet, right if they're
doing a premiere.
Speaker 1 (21:30):
Yeah, like it's a big deal.
Speaker 3 (21:33):
That's a big They got to make sure they get
in front of the cameras a little bit too, they.
Speaker 4 (21:38):
Will definitely be Yes.
Speaker 2 (21:42):
Yes, I am so now.
Speaker 1 (21:44):
I had the pleasure of judging the costume cosplay contest
last year, and oh my gosh, there was there were
all levels. There was entry level all the way up
to you could PLoP this dude in a movie and
he and he would roll right now like full movie,
like backyard movie. And I was amazed, absolutely amazed.
Speaker 5 (22:09):
So it was a very well surprised last year that
like so many people were in it.
Speaker 1 (22:15):
People love to participate, the people.
Speaker 3 (22:18):
People are always looking for an excuse to dress up,
Like when do you get to wear this kind of
stuff other than Halloween?
Speaker 1 (22:24):
Yeah, totally agree, that's me. It's like like I know
that I feel that way when it comes to my characters.
I only get to do it once a year, you know.
I'm like, I'm stoked to see what people come up
with this year.
Speaker 3 (22:37):
You're just helping Summer Ween cement itself.
Speaker 1 (22:41):
Yes, I forgot about that Summer Ween.
Speaker 5 (22:43):
I love Summer Ween, Slasher and Slasher Summer and all
of that.
Speaker 3 (22:48):
It's like, yes, yes, got a car of your watermelons.
I go swimming and then get like, you know, Slasher
Knife in the pool.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
I wish that someone would be because it was the
fishing guy that won last year. Yes, I can't remember
because was he supposed to be from I know what
you did last summer or something like that.
Speaker 5 (23:08):
I think that was they they were from a studio,
so I think that was just his character.
Speaker 1 (23:14):
Oh I would have yeah, I kind of had that
like you know, fisherman vibe to it. I wish that
someone would do that level at ghuli kan of leather face.
I'm talking full ooey gooey, like you don't just slap
a mask on, make it make it real, like real
looking shock me. That's I wish that someone would do that,
(23:37):
or a Freddy or even like where he turns around
and the whole back of his head is all weird
and gooey. Bring it, folks.
Speaker 4 (23:48):
Bring I'm so excited about this too. I am too.
Speaker 3 (23:59):
I am love that every slide you're like, oh, like
you're forgetting what all is happening and you're getting to
like get excited all over again, and I love it.
Speaker 1 (24:06):
So I will say, Joanna did not supply these ill
on my own. I'd like went in and found the ones.
I'm like, okay, they can't have like I don't want
five thousand slides, but I want to try and I
know right now. So this one is a what it's called
a side spook announcement, And can you tell us about
(24:28):
this scare acting class.
Speaker 5 (24:30):
Yes, and then so with or with Guli Kanto. We
like to have side spooks. I know we had them
last year. We like to just have stuff going on. Literally,
if you you know, maybe a panel is not you're
not interested in that certain topic or whatnot, which is fine.
Speaker 4 (24:47):
We are wanting to have a lot of.
Speaker 5 (24:49):
Just different things for you to just go around and
really just be spooky.
Speaker 4 (24:54):
So this one, if you.
Speaker 5 (24:56):
Do not know who Uritie or Nick is, they are
just like we said, We're two scare actors from Saint
Louis shout out to the darkness that is their home haunt,
and they are going to be teaming up with Mischief
the Clown.
Speaker 4 (25:11):
They are going to be doing a scare actor one
on one class.
Speaker 2 (25:15):
I love it.
Speaker 5 (25:16):
If you do not, or if you have not had
the pleasure of listening to Yurdi or Nick make terrible
noises at three am, oh my god.
Speaker 1 (25:27):
But you know I and I have never met the gal.
I know I've obviously I've met Nick and Yerdy. They
are so passionate about what they do, and I love
I love that, Like you can go from like these
like normal dudes due to down to like they're breaking
apart the voice, how they care, how it sits on
(25:49):
their face, how they approach every room, like I really
adore how passionate they are about it.
Speaker 3 (25:56):
Yes, I also so wish we had a clip there
of just like any of the arable noises, just be
like just an example for you. In two seconds, I'm
just saying, like sounds like people are gonna have to
come to Goulikan to hear that.
Speaker 1 (26:12):
It's pretty terrifying, and I love for I love that.
When they were on after Dark, they had shared a
small little video clip and I was like, oh my god,
I want to use that for the intro. I want
to use that for all of the sizzle reels. It
was so good. And it's both of them in in there,
(26:33):
some of their characters, and I think Nick is in
like a pig. Oh my god, Urdy is in a
similar face. It's like kind of a morphed face.
Speaker 4 (26:42):
Yeah, it's one of his clowns that he did.
Speaker 1 (26:44):
Yeah, terrifying. Loved it.
Speaker 5 (26:47):
I was like, oh, yeah, that it should be a
really good class, like a really good interactive class.
Speaker 1 (26:53):
Yeah, I'm stoked. Yeah, So this is the first one
on the slide that yours truly will be in. You'll
see my ghost bride show up in a couple of
different characters a couple different slides because she's just so cool.
So this is the Real Housewives of Horror. And then Joanna,
can you kind of talk about what this is going
to be for everybody?
Speaker 5 (27:16):
So first and foremost, I want to pitch a Real
Housewives of Horror movie tod Hulu, Netflix and have like
Lily Monster more, Titia Adams, everybody. Just do I just
I just have a vision for this as a show.
But that's maybe in like two years, that maybe at
twenty twenty seven.
Speaker 4 (27:35):
Guli Khan, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (27:38):
But Neflix, if you're listening, I'm just saying I'm just.
Speaker 5 (27:41):
That, did you know think of the type of comedy
but with with Housewives of Horror?
Speaker 1 (27:49):
Oh my god, I love that though what we do
in the shadows, Go ahead and tell me that I
could nail something like that.
Speaker 5 (28:02):
But yeah, but this panel we did the first one
last year and it was a obviously because it was
the first year. It was a really really big hit
because I mean, as you see our our Lady power here,
our paranormal Powerpuff Girls, you know, we kind of thrive
(28:23):
in this Spooky Girls are.
Speaker 4 (28:27):
He just brings such a to the community.
Speaker 5 (28:30):
And with this panel specifically, if you can tell, there's
a lot of different types of creators on this panel,
and that's what we We're gonna strive each year and
in different realms.
Speaker 4 (28:43):
You know, I'm stoked.
Speaker 1 (28:44):
I'm stoked to be a part of it. I don't
know what it's gonna bring, but I'm ready.
Speaker 4 (28:49):
So Ki's gonna ask us questions. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (28:53):
Yeah, I love that.
Speaker 1 (28:55):
And do you know is this on Saturday or Sunday?
Do you know how to stop your head?
Speaker 4 (28:59):
This one is be on Saturday Saturday.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
Okay, now this one? Did you just put this out?
Speaker 4 (29:08):
This was a little bit ago, this one.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (29:12):
So what is now the Final Girls? Is that those
are like the girls that survive?
Speaker 4 (29:17):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (29:18):
Yes, okay, you gotta tell Auntie Creep about.
Speaker 5 (29:21):
Yes, yes, so with this one, so with Gouliican too,
we really want to get creators and platforms that are
just starting out not saying that.
Speaker 4 (29:39):
You know, obviously, if.
Speaker 5 (29:40):
You have been in the game for a while, we
still wanna, you know, talk to you too and everything
like that.
Speaker 4 (29:45):
But we really want Goolikan to be a.
Speaker 5 (29:47):
Way for you to break into this, for you not
to feel scared or not to feel like, oh, I'm
not big enough to.
Speaker 4 (29:54):
Go to a con like, No, this is the con
that we want to. We want you to be. So
we found these this platform and we're really just you know,
we really just dig them.
Speaker 5 (30:04):
We're like, I really we liked your episodes, we like
kind of your vibe, and they're just gonna do a
live podcast.
Speaker 8 (30:10):
Yeah, I love that.
Speaker 4 (30:12):
And I.
Speaker 3 (30:14):
I was just saying, I just want to add that
the whole reason that I got into actually doing these
conventions was because you reached out to us, and like
I had like kind of thought about doing it, and
I was like, ah, but like I don't know, we're radio.
Like it being radio, we just send that out into
the void and I get no feedback. I don't know
who's listening, I don't know what's happening, and it's it's
just like me putting a message in a bottle out
(30:36):
every week and tossing it out and it's not my
problem anymore. So starting doing conventions was wild, yes, because
now I've got people walking up to me and they're like, oh,
I listened to the show, and I'm like, oh, oh,
people are listening. I'm not just throwing this random thing
out there. Cool. I think it is so cool that
you're approaching people and getting them to like do these
conventions and getting them to like actually be able to
(30:57):
like interact with their audience face to face, because so
many people are probably get kind of discouraged because they
probably also don't get a lot of feedback, you know,
because I.
Speaker 5 (31:04):
Think not a lot of people think when we're saying,
like the horror community, think of radio, think of different cryptids,
different like just there's different things.
Speaker 4 (31:14):
That we like.
Speaker 5 (31:15):
And for GHOULI kan like, it's so much more than
just scream.
Speaker 4 (31:19):
I love scream.
Speaker 3 (31:21):
I love scream, but.
Speaker 1 (31:24):
There's there's more, too much, Yeah, but there is.
Speaker 4 (31:27):
There's so much more. And I know we've all been
kind of in the spooky realm for years.
Speaker 3 (31:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (31:33):
Oh yeah, so it's like it's it's so much more
to us. It's truly when people say it's a lifestyle,
it's a lifestyle. Yeah, and that's what GOOGLEI kan is
we just want to show every different aspect of this
lifestyle that we have grown up with.
Speaker 1 (31:49):
Yeah, and I think I think that Alex and myself
have something in common where we're kind of like we're
do cryptids, we do aliens, we do paranormal but it's
not like Slasher. It's like discussing actual locations or or
how to you know, methods, things like that. So I
think I think this is a good It's a good
segue though into this is starting at a convention. By
(32:13):
the way, those listening you really need to check out
strange talk. Alex's voice when she's like there's different, there's here,
and she's like chatting with us, and it's it's, you know,
the normal cutesy voice, and then you get her radio voice,
and I am I become a warm blooded woman and
I'm like.
Speaker 9 (32:32):
Oh, like a friend of mine, a friend of mine
once told me I can hear when you turn the
NPR off, and I was like, yeah, that's a great.
Speaker 2 (32:51):
Way to radio. And I'm like, oh, I'm in. I'm in.
Speaker 1 (32:58):
Talk about anything. You You could talk about how pianos
are made, and I would be like today. This is great.
That's not me, you know, making a sizzle at you.
I'm just saying you got a great voice.
Speaker 5 (33:12):
Oh, I'm about to use that.
Speaker 1 (33:20):
So this one, of course has has us in it.
So this is the Phantom Focus panel featuring of course
yours truly from Creepy Confidential. And I I like to
involve people that I know that could can can carry
(33:40):
a conversation about the paranormal and don't make me feel
a certain way like I'm talking to Zach Begins. I
want to that's shade, everybody, that's shade.
Speaker 3 (33:51):
We'd end up here.
Speaker 1 (33:53):
We got here, so yet we're here. But this one,
this one, I'm gonna I'm gonna grab the reins on
this one, if you don't mind. Now, this one was
a chance. I personally love how movies, especially movies that
are based on true stories. I love those. But how
movies tie into the world of the paranormal or true crime.
(34:14):
I love that, how you can use those analogies. But
I also like movies that have paranormal entities and beings,
and I want to pick them up apart essentially and
figure out what they're trying to show us when they
talk about Christine, what kind of entity is this when
they talk about you know, when they talk about Poltergeist,
(34:35):
what kind of entities are in that movie? So this
is a chance for us to sit down and talk
about some movies and talk about the entities within those movies.
Speaker 2 (34:46):
I'm started.
Speaker 3 (34:48):
And also we've been talking about this back and forth
for months, so I'm so excited to talk about this stuff.
Speaker 1 (34:52):
Yeah, I know, I feel like we only have a
half an hour, but I'm.
Speaker 3 (34:57):
We're gonna have to rein it in.
Speaker 1 (34:59):
Oh man, can't. There's so much you know, technicality. So
I'm I'm very very excited about that one.
Speaker 3 (35:05):
Well, that's that's something good thing we've talked about beforehand.
So we're like all kind of on the same page
because otherwise it would just be us debating the whole time.
Speaker 1 (35:12):
Yeah. Actually it's this that can be healthy too. So
we'll be we'll be talking about, like I said, some
some movies and the entities within those movies. And our
panel is going to be on Sunday. Correct, Yes, yes, okay,
so come see us googleikan dot com. Don't worry. I
put the link in the ticker tape at the bottom.
Speaker 3 (35:34):
I think we're like twelve to fifteen on Sunday.
Speaker 5 (35:36):
Yeah, it's yeah because we see twelve fifteen awesome.
Speaker 1 (35:41):
So one last time, make sure you get your tickets
for Gholikan. The actual convention is the twelfth and the thirteenth,
but the pub crawls on the tenth. You can come
and party with Ghouli Kan peeps. You can come on
the eleventh to the Excellence Awards. You will not see
the face that you see here, You're going to see
somebody else, but I will be there in spirit. And
(36:02):
then the convention kicks off and it's going to be
a great, great weekend.
Speaker 8 (36:07):
I'm very stoked.
Speaker 3 (36:09):
It would be so much fun going on.
Speaker 1 (36:16):
Now I have I know, I've promised a couple other things.
So the first thing is the Xenner Cards. Now, for
the people that might be familiar with what those are,
again Ghostbusters, we're going back to that. If you have
seen Ghostbusters, the original one, then that means that you
(36:38):
have indeed seen Center Cards before, which I am. I
was not that not that long ago that I was
reading a book and all of a sudden they talked
talked about Carl Zenner, and that is a gentleman who
invented them, and I was like, how did I not
know this? I was blown away that I hadn't. I
didn't know this the whole time. So let's we're going
(37:01):
to roll right into this one. That's okay, So let's
talk about the Xener cards.
Speaker 2 (37:10):
I have them here.
Speaker 1 (37:12):
We can even do the we can even do the
bankman where he's like, that's wrong. So the Xener card test,
for those that are listening in, we're going to scientifically
test Alex and Joanna's abilities. They're telepathic and clairvoyant abilities
using a card guessing, a procedure invented by Carl Zentner
(37:35):
and adopted in parapsychological research. So this is an actual
thing that has been part of parapsychology for quite some time.
Speaker 8 (37:47):
People are like, well, what are Xenter cards?
Speaker 2 (37:49):
Let's talk about that briefly.
Speaker 1 (37:52):
Duke University perceptual psychologist Carl Zener, PhD designed the cards
in the nineteen thirties for its experimental ESP research with
fellow Duke psychologist J. B Ryan, PhD, and then they
kind of started popping up in various magazines and things
of that nature. Unfortunately, now they're kind.
Speaker 8 (38:12):
Of used as a like a.
Speaker 1 (38:15):
Magician's trick, but not these. So there are five. They
all have different things on them. You have the circle,
the plus sign, the wavy lines, or as I call
the bacon square because I'm a chubby girl and I
love bacon and the star. So I am going to
(38:36):
give a little example. I'm going to show these real quick.
Speaker 8 (38:40):
Square good guess that wrong? Mm hmm, I love bankman,
clear square.
Speaker 3 (38:57):
All right, tell me what you think it is?
Speaker 4 (39:02):
Is it a star?
Speaker 3 (39:04):
It is a star.
Speaker 4 (39:12):
Card.
Speaker 1 (39:12):
So I'll be turning around every card. Don't worry both
but definitely are we going to get shocked?
Speaker 4 (39:22):
And if so, that's fine.
Speaker 1 (39:26):
There will not be any shocking. I know that. It's
very tempting.
Speaker 3 (39:31):
I mean I did say I had a surprise. It's
not shocking, so I do have a surprise. I also
got a set of center cards. We can test you
as well.
Speaker 1 (39:41):
Oh man, okay to the tables have turned.
Speaker 4 (39:46):
I love the tables of turn.
Speaker 1 (39:50):
Oh it goes right back. Okay, you have.
Speaker 3 (39:53):
No idea how long I looked for a new reverse
card so I could be like.
Speaker 1 (40:00):
These were the ones I was showing you though? Were they?
Speaker 3 (40:02):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (40:03):
With the these.
Speaker 3 (40:04):
Ones are less uh less uh Genitalia.
Speaker 4 (40:10):
You did card with a lot of a lot of.
Speaker 1 (40:14):
A lot of business going on.
Speaker 4 (40:18):
I mean, you know, I don't mind.
Speaker 1 (40:22):
It's not the application I was really looking for.
Speaker 3 (40:26):
When I got these, they did not show the backs
on there, and I was like, when I was opening them,
I was like, all right, let's see if there's dongs
on these ones.
Speaker 4 (40:34):
Listen, I need you to just just do the sharp
real quick I need. And then it were good.
Speaker 1 (40:40):
And then so I told everybody I had threatened to
put little stickers over each every one of these businesses,
and uh, that's very tempting. But now I can't do that.
Speaker 2 (40:52):
Once I think I showed it.
Speaker 1 (40:53):
Okay, all right, so we're gonna go. They're backward, there
we go. Okay, gals, so clear your mind. Okay, Okay,
I'm gonna give you a couple of seconds here, yep,
clear it out, okay, all right, and give your answer
(41:14):
when you're when you're ready.
Speaker 4 (41:17):
I'm gonna do the cross.
Speaker 3 (41:18):
I'm getting circle.
Speaker 1 (41:22):
Wrong.
Speaker 3 (41:23):
Oh I was between the circle and the square. All right,
I gotta I gotta lock in here.
Speaker 1 (41:28):
It's the first one.
Speaker 4 (41:31):
Three comments. What y'all think it is too?
Speaker 3 (41:34):
Yes, we're gonna find out somebody in the comments as esp.
Speaker 1 (41:38):
Yes, Oh my gosh, I did this with the other
day on TikTok Live and I did three of them.
Mike got two out of three. I was like, oh
my gosh, yeah, I'm ding. I'm like, okay, all right,
I don't know one clear, clear your noodle, okay, and
(42:01):
call it. Call it when you're ready.
Speaker 3 (42:03):
I'm gonna say star, I'm getting the bacon.
Speaker 2 (42:07):
Oh you got to see.
Speaker 1 (42:16):
Calmed today, all right?
Speaker 6 (42:18):
In there?
Speaker 3 (42:18):
All right, all right, not a single in dial.
Speaker 1 (42:20):
It in, Okay, I'm gonna pull I'm gonna pull another one.
Here we go, and clear your head, try and get
a little center, okay, and then whenever you ready, go
ahead and call it out cross. Oh ah, okay, one
(42:44):
more for good measure, because the first one you had
you had to shake it off.
Speaker 4 (42:47):
Right, that's all right?
Speaker 1 (42:51):
Mm hm, card is ready? Clear your mind? Actually I
should do with the ax the Alex way. All right,
whenever you're I'm gonna need you to just clear your
mind and you're gonna call out that answer whenever you're ready.
Speaker 4 (43:10):
Stars are.
Speaker 2 (43:13):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (43:15):
It was the It was totally you were like, it's
the voice. You guys both got it.
Speaker 3 (43:27):
I love that we both got that. See our high
mind it's locking.
Speaker 4 (43:29):
It at the same time.
Speaker 1 (43:32):
Yeah about yes, and you had to quiet it down
think about it for a second.
Speaker 2 (43:39):
I love it.
Speaker 4 (43:39):
I love that. Oh see, this is why we're I
love being.
Speaker 3 (43:44):
Weird paranormal power puff girl.
Speaker 4 (43:49):
I love this so much.
Speaker 1 (43:51):
Yes, I love that.
Speaker 4 (43:53):
You guys that good.
Speaker 1 (43:54):
Good job. Okay, you said you're gonna test to try. Yeah,
I want try, of course.
Speaker 4 (44:00):
All right, right.
Speaker 3 (44:03):
Lock in, close your mind, close your eyes.
Speaker 4 (44:07):
Wait is it the same symbols.
Speaker 3 (44:09):
It's the same symbols. Yeah, so just clear your mind
and try to tap into that.
Speaker 7 (44:15):
Okay, Star, I'm gonna do square.
Speaker 3 (44:26):
All right, you know, just warming up, warming.
Speaker 1 (44:29):
Up, right, I got a busy noodle. This is gonna
give me hard okay.
Speaker 3 (44:33):
Yeah, all right, close your eyes, clear your mind, just
let everything drift away and focus on the card.
Speaker 1 (44:45):
Okay, to cross square?
Speaker 3 (44:53):
All right, still warming up, still warming up. Apparently it's
working when you do the voice today. All right, again,
clear your mind, just focus on the card, or focus
on getting the information from my brain. Either or.
Speaker 4 (45:20):
I wasn't saying we wavy bacon, wavy bacon.
Speaker 3 (45:23):
We got the fare.
Speaker 1 (45:27):
I blame all the mental health medication. I'm on it's
blocking the espes too much lithium for too many years.
Speaker 3 (45:38):
Do you want to do one more for good measure? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (45:41):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, let's do it.
Speaker 3 (45:42):
Let's see if let's see if the same thing happens
where you both get it at the same time. That
would be no pressure.
Speaker 1 (45:47):
My milimeters reading a little bit of something.
Speaker 4 (45:51):
What's the thing? I'm ready? What is this?
Speaker 1 (45:53):
The mill gows it's going up too point four?
Speaker 3 (45:56):
Is it? Is it trying to tell you what's on
this card? Maybe?
Speaker 2 (45:59):
Maybe, okay, maybe let's see.
Speaker 3 (46:03):
Mm hmmm.
Speaker 1 (46:08):
Plus sign.
Speaker 4 (46:09):
I'm gonna do the wavy bacon again.
Speaker 3 (46:10):
I don't know, I just maybe bacon you like the
wavy bacon circle. Maybe maybe these ones just don't have
the energy to them. These ones haven't been used yet
until just now.
Speaker 4 (46:22):
So all right, you.
Speaker 1 (46:23):
Gotta you gotta take them on a road trip, work
on them that day.
Speaker 3 (46:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (46:27):
Mighte have been broken in on TikTok.
Speaker 3 (46:29):
Yeah, I gotta I gotta make a TikTok that can
break these.
Speaker 8 (46:33):
Right, So I think that's uh here, let's get rid
of this.
Speaker 1 (46:41):
Okay, we got we got a little bit of time
left so how about how about we do a little
show and tell about the paranormal logics.
Speaker 4 (46:55):
Yeah, last time, So last time we did this, we
had a ghost come out.
Speaker 3 (47:03):
I heard I heard the springs on your mic stand
and went to grab my mic stand and then realized
I'm not using that because I got the headset on.
I was like, oh, oh no, it's not me this time.
Speaker 1 (47:12):
The ghosts have already entered the chat.
Speaker 3 (47:14):
Yes. Actually, while we're doing that, I might as well
bring up the spirit talker and see what that says.
Speaker 2 (47:19):
Yeah, I was, I was just turning.
Speaker 3 (47:22):
I have never gotten anything in this house.
Speaker 5 (47:24):
So my spirit talker it's Joanna.
Speaker 3 (47:29):
Joanna.
Speaker 1 (47:30):
It said your name before.
Speaker 3 (47:32):
That's creepy.
Speaker 4 (47:33):
It was the very first episode that we haven't going together.
Speaker 5 (47:37):
And it was when we weren't even recording and it
said my name that.
Speaker 3 (47:42):
Is so creel and it wasn't you weren't even recording,
so it was just like that one's just for you.
That one's not even a show.
Speaker 1 (47:47):
It was just being personal. Yeah, so I have I
have the spirit talk in front of me.
Speaker 3 (47:53):
I just got beard, beard, Beard, I got a beard.
Speaker 4 (47:58):
Because if so we can't.
Speaker 1 (47:59):
We I mean I might be growing in a little bit,
but we'll wait and see what that wants to a
little lady going through perimenopause. That just happens. So those
of you who are are watching, I do have my mailmeter.
I wish I had a camera just for the mail meter,
but I can't put it on here or it's going
to it's going to start reading things. So it has
(48:19):
temperature and.
Speaker 3 (48:22):
E m f uh like we were electronit nice fields.
Speaker 1 (48:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (48:28):
I can also tell that we've spent too much time
talking to each other because I'm like, oh, I'll hold
that for you.
Speaker 1 (48:32):
Oh, you're not.
Speaker 3 (48:34):
In the same room, right, I got.
Speaker 4 (48:36):
You, let me hold it.
Speaker 3 (48:37):
I got that.
Speaker 1 (48:39):
I also have the spirit talker going. And then the
objects that I'm going to have these are they're not
haunted objects. These are objects that I am using for
my stone tape theory experiment. So that is essentially items
items contact. Oh that's great. That can hold on to
kind of memory of the past or echoes of the past,
(49:02):
either you know, death or things just someone might be
was going through something. But metals and stone courts, things
like that. So the first one I want to show
off is my nineteen forties bell and this was. This
was a service bell, so this would have been where
someone would have walked up and been like I would bellboy,
you know that kind of thing.
Speaker 4 (49:23):
So we're going to do that.
Speaker 1 (49:28):
Oh and it said threatening, ooh, I was.
Speaker 4 (49:32):
Trying to fight to you. Okay, yes, at the.
Speaker 3 (49:36):
Same time you got threatening, I got heaven.
Speaker 1 (49:39):
So I think maybe it's just you know, because these
things they just can just spit out words.
Speaker 3 (49:43):
Yeah, and who knows if mine's picking up the energy over.
Speaker 1 (49:46):
There multiple things going on, so that one says my arms.
So the idea is that people, you know, if I
hold onto this, can whatever energy I have be part
of this memory now and will it recall some residual
me in the future. It's just it's an experiment, you know,
(50:07):
like those kind of things. So there's the bell.
Speaker 4 (50:11):
That's going to be so I cannot wait to be
at the table.
Speaker 1 (50:18):
Yeah, so the next object hare, I'll bring them closer
to the camera. These are vintage coffin nails and they're
just tied together with little little bits of string. They're
not used.
Speaker 3 (50:31):
I think mine are in my other room. I was like, oh,
I've got something. I'm like, no, they're in the other room.
Speaker 1 (50:35):
So these are you know, made out of iron and
then so you can kind of hear those and those
will also be there, and these I always want, you know,
it's kind of you have to sometimes get too extravagant
if you think about it. But it's like could these
have been used on somebody? Or was it going to
be for a grave or something like that? Oh, it's
(50:56):
take a picture interesting.
Speaker 3 (50:58):
I'm over here is what I just got.
Speaker 4 (51:01):
But what is your name?
Speaker 1 (51:02):
Over here?
Speaker 5 (51:03):
So I've never done a paranormal investigation because I don't like,
can you just talk to them like that?
Speaker 1 (51:09):
Like, but what is your name?
Speaker 7 (51:10):
Then?
Speaker 1 (51:11):
Hi?
Speaker 3 (51:12):
You can? You won't always get an answer.
Speaker 1 (51:15):
Being respectful is very important. I think sometimes people tend
to think, you know, like well they're not dancing monkeys. Yeah,
I can respect that idea.
Speaker 4 (51:25):
Yeah, I think.
Speaker 1 (51:27):
Asking questions in a respectful manner it's crazy. You can
start getting you can start getting answers. The real kind
of trifecta that I like is having I love the mailmeter.
I think that's something I carry around with me most often.
And then audio recorder and then some sort of either
a ghost box or something so that you can have
you can't just have one piece of equipment, right, that's
(51:50):
kind of the important part. Yeah, trust the bad ones.
Speaker 3 (51:53):
It can and your equipment can and will fail.
Speaker 1 (51:56):
Yeah, exactly. And then so the next two items. I
love skeleton keys. I don't know about you guys, but
whenever I see them in like a vintage or antique place.
Speaker 3 (52:07):
I love skeleton keys.
Speaker 1 (52:08):
I love them. I'm drawn to skeleton keys. So the
first one, now, I think this one might be a reproduction.
And I've showed this one before, but at the very
top you can notice it says New York Asylum. I
think it says New York Insane Asylum. Now this one
I purchased from forty three Skulls in Appleton, and he
(52:31):
didn't know the history on it, and he said, well,
just don't say anything false, and I said, okay, I
can respect that. So I honestly do not know the
history on it. Because I've seen some reproductions they really
make it look like it's old. And then but this one,
this one, on this one, I don't know why, but
I'm more drawn to this one. And it has like
(52:53):
a little warp in the middle and a little detail
across the top. Yeah, I love that one. So that's
something you guys can pick up these tactile keys and
take a look at them.
Speaker 3 (53:05):
This is where I'm like, we're like the same person
because I've collected keys since I was a kid. Where
I'm like, I just love a good weird key.
Speaker 1 (53:10):
Yeah, there's something about it. Oh it just said horror.
H O r R oh.
Speaker 3 (53:15):
I got it wasn't right then, but uh I got.
I need closure and I'm guilty.
Speaker 1 (53:21):
Oh, yours are a little more nefarious.
Speaker 3 (53:24):
I don't really usually get a lot in this house.
This is the most active it's been.
Speaker 4 (53:27):
So what are It's okay?
Speaker 1 (53:30):
What are Vengon Vengeance?
Speaker 4 (53:35):
Now?
Speaker 1 (53:35):
These are Crystal Crystal? I am Desdemona, I am de Domon.
Speaker 3 (53:41):
You got a name?
Speaker 4 (53:42):
I gotta name.
Speaker 3 (53:43):
Maybe those AMA's doorknobs, right, it could be I.
Speaker 1 (53:48):
Love and crystal doorknobs between old because it's like the
keys would have gone with that. Yeah. I don't know why,
but I am so drawn to these. So I don't
have an era on it as well. I found it
in a in some really cool antique places.
Speaker 3 (54:03):
Maybe the spirit talker will give us an era while
we're doing this.
Speaker 1 (54:07):
I wish I wish some sort of fingers, you know,
something would would surge. But so you guys can handle
the The Victorian crystal door knob. Now, this one I've
made many a comment about because.
Speaker 2 (54:23):
It is quite interesting.
Speaker 3 (54:28):
Mine just said, by right, is your visit sit.
Speaker 1 (54:35):
Man, We don't do that here freaking ghosts.
Speaker 3 (54:44):
Your ghosts are like no, I'm God, and mine are
like sit.
Speaker 4 (54:49):
It feels good.
Speaker 3 (54:51):
I love the last thing it says I'm guilty, and
that I say it was like sit. Maybe maybe like
sit on it.
Speaker 1 (54:58):
I would just I would use ca.
Speaker 5 (55:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (55:03):
But I did not actually know that these that knife
rests were a thing until I started looking around for
crystal objects that were of that Victorian era, because there's
that whole Victorian ghost phenomena thing where it kind of
ties into that. So I tried to find items that
were old, but then like old old. So this is
(55:25):
a Victorian crystal knife rest and it has these little
bumps in it so that the knife wouldn't slide. And
and at first, I'll be honest, I thought it was
like a door knob because it looks like it would
pass through, but it's not. Yeah, it's a knife rest.
Speaker 8 (55:41):
So I did a little more research on it.
Speaker 1 (55:43):
So that's another object I really hope people don't steal
that and put it in places that they should.
Speaker 4 (55:48):
There will be security.
Speaker 3 (55:50):
We hope that those people don't listen to what the
ghosts are saying. Yes, oh my gosh, so it's weirdy,
that could be funnier.
Speaker 1 (56:00):
I don't know why that just it's.
Speaker 3 (56:03):
Got powerful now.
Speaker 5 (56:05):
Okay, okay, yeah, precisely.
Speaker 3 (56:15):
Because some dirty ghosts today not over here. They're like, no,
apparently they're hanging out with me.
Speaker 1 (56:22):
Yeah, kind of establishment or you're running over there.
Speaker 3 (56:26):
I don't know, they're quite all the time. And so
you pull that out and then they're.
Speaker 4 (56:29):
Like they're like finally they're like.
Speaker 3 (56:32):
I found my closure if you let me hang out
with that.
Speaker 1 (56:36):
Right, oh man. And then the last now these are
from Northern State Hospital. These will not be available for touch.
These will be in a case. But these were trigger
objects from Northern State Hospital in their kind of vocational
rehab area. I want to say they were near the bakery,
(56:56):
but my memory probably fails me. So these these will
be there as well with an active some sort of
talk or app to see if just passive things come out.
And then we'll also have the malmeter or just a
regular EMF going, because then you can try and I
have a print out of all these deaths that happened
(57:18):
or things from that nature kind of you might be
able to use then that as a as a trigger
for the trigger. Oh just as not friendly.
Speaker 3 (57:26):
Oh I just thought major.
Speaker 2 (57:32):
Weird.
Speaker 1 (57:33):
Yeah, they're just kind of like you know, YadA yada's Yeah,
they're not anything. But but that's the beauty of it,
you know when you do an experiment.
Speaker 2 (57:43):
I'm enjoying it.
Speaker 3 (57:44):
Oh fun, yeah, Oh yeah, are the ghosties and goolies
coming to goolie call.
Speaker 1 (57:55):
Any sort of residual energy as anybody coming to?
Speaker 3 (57:59):
Oh are you going to pack? What does that mean?
What is that painted neck?
Speaker 4 (58:10):
That's weird?
Speaker 3 (58:11):
What does that mean? What does painted net mean?
Speaker 4 (58:14):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (58:16):
That's creepy.
Speaker 3 (58:17):
I don't like that creepy. I have this.
Speaker 1 (58:22):
Yeah, this is weird. It's reading like a constant point
two on the middle gal.
Speaker 3 (58:27):
Oh, now I got building.
Speaker 1 (58:32):
I'm from the fourteen hundreds?
Speaker 3 (58:34):
Is that we're talking about the doorknob earlier? We're looking
for an era that can't be from the fourteen hundred fourteen. Yeah,
because I was like, it gave us a date and
I'm like, no, that's that can't be right, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (58:47):
I mean it's gotta this has gotta be like mid
nineteenth century if I had to guess, or later. But
that looks like it's poured, poured.
Speaker 4 (59:00):
It's cool.
Speaker 2 (59:03):
Forgiveness.
Speaker 3 (59:04):
Oh, I also lit a candle here for extra spooky. Yes,
right as I lit that was when it said painted neck.
Whatever that means? Hmm.
Speaker 1 (59:19):
I wonder if it's like someone sees a you know,
like when you someone who has been hung or something,
they have a wound around their neck and that might
be like a painted neck.
Speaker 3 (59:31):
I was also thinking I lit it with a match
and like the way the match burns ends up kind
of you have the painted neck there. Maybe that's what
that meant.
Speaker 1 (59:39):
It's always like chasing what it could mean.
Speaker 3 (59:41):
Yeah, my match broken half, so the nice parts here.
Speaker 1 (59:44):
But yeah, that's wild.
Speaker 5 (59:46):
That's what I've always loved the paranormal though, is you
are you're just trying to figure out what is going on? Yeah,
we're all gonna end up there sometime someday.
Speaker 3 (59:56):
We might as well learn to communicate. Now, God, right,
because we said that, what is that?
Speaker 4 (01:00:04):
What is that? What is it that it says?
Speaker 1 (01:00:06):
Listen?
Speaker 3 (01:00:07):
Right, as I said we might as well learn to communicate.
Speaker 1 (01:00:10):
Now it says listen, Yeah, oh, I was thinking of Ghostbusters.
When he's like listen and he goes, do you smell that?
Speaker 3 (01:00:18):
Okay, go see you got something we need to listen
to here? Who who creepy?
Speaker 1 (01:00:28):
Weird and creepy. I see mine's mine's been quiet. It
said forgiveness and then now it's gone.
Speaker 2 (01:00:33):
They all at the.
Speaker 3 (01:00:36):
Apparently I jinxed it because I was like, oh, I
never get anything here, and now they're like, oh, okay,
so you're just not listening to us. All right, ghosts,
what do you have to tell us? If you're saying listen,
then we'll be quite listen.
Speaker 4 (01:00:50):
Tell us your mind. We're listening to you. You can't
come over here, though I do rebuke you, but we
listening to you. They're not evil.
Speaker 1 (01:01:04):
You listened from.
Speaker 3 (01:01:05):
Afar, They're not evil.
Speaker 4 (01:01:08):
Hopefully, well I will.
Speaker 1 (01:01:13):
I will definitely have these pieces of equipment with me.
Speaker 4 (01:01:17):
I wanted to.
Speaker 1 (01:01:17):
Bring the dowsing ring dowsing rods, but I'm worried people
are gonna They're not a real piece.
Speaker 8 (01:01:24):
Yeah, but like I.
Speaker 1 (01:01:25):
Don't want people to, you know, walk off with them
or bend them or whatever.
Speaker 3 (01:01:28):
I'm like finding the river nearby exactly exactly.
Speaker 5 (01:01:35):
There's some people that are the Ohio River a little bit,
and we are gonna be next to a new four
pizza company.
Speaker 3 (01:01:42):
The Ohio River is probably haunted. Let's be real there
in that river.
Speaker 2 (01:01:51):
Watch it.
Speaker 3 (01:01:53):
Roun Okay, you told me to listen. You're saying watch
it please? What are you trying to tell us?
Speaker 1 (01:01:59):
Pick up what I'm supposed to be doing.
Speaker 3 (01:02:02):
I will, I will watch and listen.
Speaker 4 (01:02:05):
Yeah. I feel like we are.
Speaker 5 (01:02:06):
We can summon stuff I do because any time there's
just there's just stuff going on.
Speaker 1 (01:02:12):
The mojo the mojo if you will.
Speaker 3 (01:02:14):
Mojo jojo to our Powerpuff Girls.
Speaker 1 (01:02:17):
Girls totally a thing. Yeah, Oh what's.
Speaker 8 (01:02:20):
Going on here?
Speaker 3 (01:02:21):
Have you got something over there?
Speaker 7 (01:02:23):
No?
Speaker 1 (01:02:23):
I was just trying to pull this up one last
time so that, uh, I can say tell everybody where
to go.
Speaker 3 (01:02:32):
I'm hoping they'll give us any closing remarks here, but
I don't think they're gonna.
Speaker 1 (01:02:37):
So now, just as a reminder, everybody, we have come
together today. What did you get?
Speaker 3 (01:02:46):
Many died here at Goalie Con.
Speaker 1 (01:02:50):
Yeah they're gonna die, girl, They're gonna die.
Speaker 3 (01:02:54):
No, they're just wearing costumes. They're not actually dead, right do.
Speaker 4 (01:02:57):
You think do we look like that? Maybe we're day.
Speaker 3 (01:03:01):
Maybe maybe they're worried about us.
Speaker 4 (01:03:04):
Yeah, I know we're creepy, but we're alive right now.
Speaker 1 (01:03:08):
We're okay, We're okay. Just I want to make sure
everybody sees the flyer. You if you're tuning in a
little bit at the end, or if you're tuning in

Speaker 1 (01:04:00):

Speaker 7 (01:04:01):

Speaker 3 (01:04:02):
The the well I was pointing, but it was like
down here and I'm like that my hand's not hold on.
There we go. What I'm learning is that I would
be terrible at YouTube of just like link.
Speaker 1 (01:04:13):
Below like words here, so that I could I'm like
cheat codes. All right, ladies, before we go? Is there
anything else that you guys want to plug? Very very important, Alex,
do you have an episode you'd like to talk about?

Speaker 1 (01:05:01):
