Michelle Heron. Here are your crime headlines. Brian Coberger's trial
has been moved to a new county and a new
judge will preside over the case. The Idaho Supreme Court
noted presumed prejudice and the potential jury pool and limited
resources in staffing. The case will now be tried in

Ada County, which is near the state capital of Boise.
District Judge Stephen Hitler will now preside over the case.
Coburger is charged with the brutal murders of four University
of Idaho students. The trial is expected to begin in

Carly Gregg is accused of killing Ashley Smiley and injuring
her step In March, a judge issued a gag quarter
in the case, preventing attorneys from talking to the media.
Last month, greg rejected a plea deal. Jury selection is
set to start Monday morning, and in Florida, jury selection

will begin on Tuesday for a woman charged in a
Murder for Higher plot. Donna Addelson is accused of conspiring
with her son in a murder for Higher plot that
killed her ex son in law Dan Markle. Adelson is

followed here on Crime over Wine Weekly. Authorities have confirmed
the remains of missing Wisconsin toddler Elijah View have been
found during a press conference on Friday. Authority say the

three year old's remains were found on September seventh in
a thick wooded area by a hunter. The remains were
found just over three miles away from where Elijah was
originally reported missing. Authority say the area had been searched
multiple times. DNA testing confirmed the remains were Elijah's. Elijah
was reported missing in February by his mother's boyfriend. He

told police Elijah was missing when he woke up from
a nap. Both the boyfriend and mother are facing charges
in connection to incidents before Elijah's disappearance. Thank you so
