Jacob Landin was born on July 1st 1986. In the couple months before his death he would suffer a serious skull fracture and subdural hematoma that required two days of hospitalization. On Christmas Eve 2013, a fourteen year old girl called 911 and pleaded with them to send someone to an apartment in Lake Luzerne, New York. She told the dispatcher that her mother had been stabbed and was dying.
