Los hechos de este episodio, a diferencia de los episodios anteriores, no ocurrieron en Puerto Rico, ocurrieron en el pueblo de Wichita Kansas en el año 1974, sin embargo, las víctimas de este trágico evento fueron 4 miembros de una familia puertorriqueña, la familia Otero. Este evento dio inicio a la larga carrera criminal de uno de los asesinos en serie más notorios del mundo. El asesino BTK.
