Hola Reina! This episode was put on my heart this morning because I really wanted you to feel encouraged in your fitness walk with God. So many times we are caught up in how society tells us we should look and in turn we start engaging in unhealthy patterns like these I mention in this episode.
Every one of these patterns that I mention I have personally struggled with myself so do not feel discouraged if you find that you struggle with one or all. I provide Bible scriptures with each behavior to help you get back in alignment with Gods truth over you.
