Demba ‘Chanta’ Loum is one of the many prolific artists of this generation. After venturing in the music scene at 19, he embodies the title of ‘Street Leader’ for his advocacy works amongst the young people of this community “BRUSUBI” a town in the Gambia - West Africa. In the mid-2014/15 he merges with another phenomenal act by the name “Hussein” to form the Duo ( Dodo/Dada) which was extremely lucrative and rewarding. Today he calls it quits; but why?
