I love samurai, the code, the fashion, I mean, who doesn't so when I saw that comics writer/artist Ibrahim Moustafa was working on a samurai centric project, I immediately reached out to chat about it. After getting a look at the actual pages, it should come as no surprise that as an adept at blending genre, he's knocking it out of the park again with his forthcoming East meets West Humanoids project Halfblood funding soon on Kickstarter. I get annoyed sometimes at the panel economization of fight choreography in comics as a daily martial arts practitioner, but was pleasantly surprised with how meticulously this was researched and executed .
