This is Stuart Whitehair, publisher and editor for the CU at the Game website, and your host for the CU at the Game podcast.

I am pleased to be joined for this episode by Neil Langland, and we are here to give you a look back at CU’s 2024 season, giving you, with apologies to the Sound of Music, our “favorite things” from the Buffs’ historic ride to a 9-4 record and CU’s second Heisman trophy.

Before we do our preview, we will spend a few minutes on the Alamo Bowl loss to BYU, but only a few, as we want to finish the 2024 podcast season on a high note.

So ... Who was your favorite player on defense (not named Travis Hunter)? ... Which of CU’s road wins was the most memorable? ... What was your favorite part of CU’s Award Week, a week unlike any other in Buff history? ... And what does CU’s nine win season mean for the program going forward, both in terms of recruiting and national recognition? ...

Let’s find out ...

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

I’m Jay Shetty host of On Purpose the worlds #1 Mental Health podcast and I’m so grateful you found us. I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose.
