Cathy is also the author of The Italian Daughter’s Cookbook, which was inspired by her Calabrese roots and memories from her childhood, showcasing family and traditions entwined with the art of cooking. Cathy has served on the Board of Les Dames d’Escoffier New York as Treasurer and is a member of the National Organization of Italian American Women. She also offers specialized cooking classes, keeping Calabrese culinary traditions alive.
