In today’s solo jam, I am talking about why it is so important to ditch the positivity and get into the possibility. The wonder, hope, and curiosity.
On your journey to joy, it is ok, rather particularly important for you to truly feel. Feel the hurt, the unhappiness, the sad, mad, and frustration.
Your body knows that you are not ok, and by only thinking and feeling the positive thoughts, you are masking the real problems.
Today I am getting into something called spiritual bypassing. This is when we talk ourselves out of the pain. We ignore the feelings. You know that whole sweep it under the rug saying, that is exactly it!
From your beliefs and behaviors to gratitude and never giving up. I am diving deep on this topic today. I want you to be able to process the pain. I want you to be able to become that person you want to be.
Today you can start, by taking the small steps to get you pointed into that direction and enjoy the surprise and delight of life again.
I hope by listening to this episode you can step out of the fear, get out of the junk, and start stepping into your daily joy. You so deserve this.
