The Brooklyn Art Library project  also known as the sketch book project is a non-profit community art project.  Artist around the world are participating in this innovated and creative social project that changed me as an artist.   My wife surprised me with this gift, as an artist it was one of the coolest projects to work on.  So join me as I talk about my experience as an artist as I dealt with obstacles of creative issues during the COVID-19 lockdown and how I felt about the sketch book, the art, the time invested, along with what I benefited from as a creative working through this book.

Their mission is to encourage creative storytelling within a global community.  The main goal is to make the library free and accessible to all, which led to them being the largest collection of sketchbooks in the world.  Over 14 years worth of  collection, they look at this much more than a art project, this is an inside look into what artists are thinking as an archive for endless inspiration.
