"There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening, that is translated through you into action. And because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. If you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is, not how it compares with other expression. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open." -Martha Graham

Speaker 0 (00:00):
There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening that
is translated through you intoaction.
And because there is only oneof you in all time.
This expression is unique andif you block it, it will never
exist through any other mediumand be lost.
The world will not have it.
It is not your business todetermine how good it is, not

(00:23):
how it compares with otherexpression.
It is your business to keep ityours clearly and directly, to
keep the channel open.
Martha Graham, I know I've readthis before.
I have no idea how many yearsago it was, but I needed to do
it again because this is areminder for anybody out there
who's got something percolatingin them and you're doubting it.

(00:46):
Oh what if it's not good enough?
Oh what if it doesn't compareto all of the other blah, blah,
blahs out there.
This quote reminds you that itdoesn't matter.
It's coming through you.
Let it out and keep the channelopen.
Even if you affect one life, even if that life is just your
own, it was worth it.

(01:07):
Today, I'm going to focus onsomething a little bit different
for the project, and I thinkthat this is something that
everybody that's listeningshould do for today's project.
Write down these words what arethe seeds that I want to plant?
This question is coming fromChani Nicholas, and I listen to

(01:27):
her every week.
I just like to hear her rundownof what she says is going to be
coming up each week, and then Ialways check back and see how
correct it was, and I'm tellingyou like every time it's correct
.
So, since Chani has some reallygood things to say about this
week, I thought I would put thisin for today's project.

(01:48):
So Chani says that this week weare entering a time of
auspiciousness, which is a timethat is very conducive to
success.
She says that we are beginninga cycle of good in our lives and
right now is the time to sitdown and map it all out those

(02:10):
seeds that we want to plant.
And here's what she says aboutplanting those seeds.
She says what I need you tofocus on is what you are
beginning, not the results ofsomething, not the proof of
concept, not the proof of thework, not proof of anything.
I just want you to think aboutthe things that you want to

(02:30):
begin, the seeds that you wantto plant, and this is what I
want you to be thinking aboutwhen you're planting these seeds
.
What is the most abundant wayto go about this, what is the
most abundant thing I could do,what is the most generous
attitude that I could have whileI'm going about the business of

(02:51):
starting this thing and what isthe most appreciation that I
could have for the process?
How can I support myself infeeling more generous, more
abundant and more grateful forwhat is already taking place?
She says that the power of thismoment and the potential of
this moment is rooted in what isalready here.

(03:12):
It's rooted in what is local.
We're beginning a cycle of goodin our lives and right now is
the time to sit down and map itall out.
Map out those seeds that you'vebeen wanting to plant, and do
it today, or at least this weekfor sure.
If I were you, I would justwrite down all of those

(03:33):
questions that I read and answerthem.
All kind of map it out, reallyget a feel for these new seeds
that you want to grow.
And you could always listen toher entire episode if you want
on her podcast.
It's called Astrology of theWeek Ahead with Chani Nicholas.
Regardless of whether youbelieve in astrology or not,

(03:56):
take advantage of thisauspicious time and make your
plans.
Do it with intention and seewhere it takes you.
It can't hurt.
And until tomorrow, staycurious.
