Gurudhan is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher in Kundalini.
He found himself fully immersed in the 60’s developing a 5 yr meth addiction, which he quit cold turkey and then took almost 20 years to clear his head.
He graduated from Brooklyn Law School and had a career in the “natural foods industry” as an executive sales manager.
For many years he fell into the numbing practice of “Spiritual Bypassing” until he found therapy. Somatic therapy, he says, changed his life. Today he teaches yoga his way, connecting the heart, breath and body.
