Curious about “embodied intelligence?” UZAZU practitioner Crosby Noricks got curious about it, too, on a drive to Palm Springs when she remembered how much she loved dancing and movement – and wondered how that might support her work as a business coach. Her exploration led her to UZAZU, a research-backed approach that uses different poses to support how we feel and process emotions.
