Despite what IMDb told us that last week's bonus episode for the Hulk vs. Wolverine movie being inspired by Incredible Hulk Issue 181, this episode actually more closely follows Wolverine's debut issue. While it definitely takes some creative license, this encounter between Logan, Banner and the Wendigo hits that classic vibe for us (and has a more satisfying ending than the straight to home video movie did).

2024 was quite a year for mutants. This year, 2025 will be dedicated for Cyclops is Waiting for Me to Wolverine and the X-Men. With Professor X's son David debuting here, this is one of the episodes that hurts when you know a fifth season never happened. Diving deeper into Xavier's past is always fun and knowing about the potential of his son compared to comics and other media, it's a little bit of a kick to the shins.
