In our first story tonight, we begin with a story from Grimm's Complete Fairy Tales that you have likely heard of. It is Rapunzel, named after a delightful garden plant that her mother so craved. She is locked in a tower by a powerful witch, but dreams of escaping one day. When a young man appears in her window, she is terrified, but excited. Maybe this will be her chance.
In our second story tonight, we continue through chapter nine of The Dragon's Daughters. This chapter is called The Hound Comes. Nuwata and Hallan scheme one more time to defeat Ralus and Baer, and get Valysa back. Valysa, however, is struggling with forgiveness for her captor turned guide, Dirk. Will she find it in her heart to show mercy? Is Dirk planning some treachery against them?
