This week, I share the incredibly personal and joyous news of the birth of my son, Xavier Michael. Born St. Michaelmas day, Xavier's entrance into the world was nothing short of surreal. From the unforgettable moment of catching him during a water birth to the overwhelming rush of bonding with him at first sight, this episode is a heartfelt recount of these life-changing moments. Named in honor of my late father, his birth has brought a beautiful sense of full circle, filling me with gratitude for our healthy baby boy.

Terrible timing with the stop and go, but I would
like to announce that XavierMichael was born on Monday.
As you can tell, I'm a littlebit tired.
We're on Monday and uh, youknow, I actually caught him out

of his mother's vagina In a pool.
But he seriously is like I mean, it's only been a couple days
but I don't think I've everexperienced like love at first

sight, except for that littledude.
Now we'll see how theco-parenting goes with with his
mother, but let's just say I'mtrying to remain positive.
I just thank God he's healthy.
