(02:24):
All right, today we got a topicfor you.
We got a topic for you.
Today, our topic is thestruggle just got real.
You know why that's animportant topic why is that
important?
Because the struggle has gottenreal for believers and
non-believers.
(02:45):
We are in a paramount time ofchallenge, of stress, anxiety,
depression, and we actually areteetering on collapse.
Our society is teetering oncollapse.
Economy is changing, companiesare shutting down, restaurant
(03:07):
are closing, stock market isfluctuating, there's global
crises governmental, politicalon every continent on the planet
and we are in such a greatstruggle and a lot of it has hit
home.
So nobody is exempt at thispoint in time from struggle, and
(03:28):
the struggle just got real.
So I want to talk today andwe're going to be talking today
to those of you who are dealingwith struggles.
If you're dealing withstruggles in your family, your
immediate family, your extendedfamily, struggles on your job,
struggles in your health, andmost of us are dealing with
multiple struggles, not just one, would you agree to?
Speaker 2 (03:47):
that I would
absolutely.
And you know, one of the thingsthat just kind of highlighted,
I guess, in my thoughts when youwere talking was to remember
that one person's struggle maylook nothing like another
person's struggle.
So, in other words, you knowwhat you you, because sometimes
people may say, no, the richaren't struggling.
(04:09):
Yeah, they may not bestruggling financially but they
have a struggle, you know.
And so, regardless of what wesee on social media, what we see
on television, what we seewherever you know that depicts
this perfect, this perfect viewor perspective, we have to
remember that everybody'sstruggle is different, but yet
(04:30):
it's still a struggle.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
Right, I would agree.
All right, would you like toopen us up to some prayer?
And then we're going to go toour key scripture in the book of
James.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
Amen, if you would
join me in prayer.
Lord, we bless and thank youand give you glory, honor and
praise for this greatopportunity.
God, to share your word, toshare encouragement and insight,
revelation and inspiration.
God, to your people.
We pray, in the mighty name ofJesus, god, that you would just
come in the room, that God, yourspirit and your power will lead
(05:02):
the way.
In the mighty name of Jesus, that God, you will give us what
it is that heaven has to say toyour people, and I pray, god,
that you would divinely connectthem to this podcast, get them
here by any means necessary toensure, god, that they hear what
it is that you have to say.
In the mighty name of Jesus, father, we give you glory, we
(05:24):
give you honor, we give youpraise and we bless you in
advance for the breakthroughthat will happen.
We bless you in advance forrevelation that will show up and
cause someone's faith to go up.
In the mighty name of Jesus, wethank you, we glorify you.
Use us, god, your vessels, foryour glory.
(05:48):
Hallelujah, we lift your name upon high and we say thank you
for the things you've alreadydone, in the mighty name of
Jesus.
Speaker 1 (05:57):
Have your way.
Speaker 2 (05:58):
Oh great God, that
you are in Jesus name.
Amen, amen and amen.
Speaker 1 (06:03):
Oh, my wonderful
prayer.
You know, just as a segue intowhat we're talking about, the
struggle just got real.
Prayer is a key component, akey discipline and a key power
when you are in struggle.
Amen.
Learning how to intercede foryourself, amen.
Struggle, amen.
(06:24):
Learning how to intercede foryourself, amen.
Learning how to go into awarfare prayer in the name of
Jesus and pull down everystronghold that is creating that
struggle in your life.
Amen.
Learning how to touch and agreewith the Holy Ghost and with
somebody in your life to bindevery demon, witch, warlock and
adversary that is coming againstyou and your family and your
(06:47):
peace.
Learning how to get on yourface before God and say God, I
love you, All of you and none ofme, instruct me in your ways
today.
Have pleasure in my life.
I am your servant.
I am your man or woman of God.
There's nothing like prayer.
Speaker 2 (07:06):
Amen.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
Hallelujah, amen,
keep you girded up on the inside
.
Amen, come on when you're inyour struggle.
Yeah, oh man, I just had to.
I had to piggyback on that.
Now, that was so good.
That was so good.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
Somebody need to up
the ante on your prayer life,
baby, you, in this struggle, right now you need God.
Speaker 1 (07:25):
You need God, you
need to be transformed in the
moment of that struggle.
That's what prayer will do.
Prayer causes you to girdyourself up and encourage
yourself and build up your faithand build up your belief.
You will step out on faithafter you pray, man, like you
never did before.
You need to pray, and I'm nottalking about some little choir,
(07:46):
oh God.
I need you to get in there andsweat and cry and call out and
shout and praise and rebuke andspeak in your heavenly language
and in your understanding untilthe devil flees, until all hell
gets out of your face and out ofyour life Until you hear God
speak.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
life until power
falls on everything that's going
on in your life.
Speaker 1 (08:09):
Hallelujah, don't get
me started.
That prayer jumpstartedsomething.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
Come on now.
Glory to God.
Speaker 1 (08:14):
These people ain't
seen me like this.
Don't do that.
Speaker 2 (08:17):
Glory to God.
As you see, I'm over herebetween a struggle of you know
in my throat and in my eye, butthat's OK, Cause you know what
God is still powerful.
I'm still excited about thethings of God.
And I know it's nothing morethan a distraction.
So, really, what, what, um, um,as I'm navigating this, that's
(08:37):
going on with me.
I'm, I'm tickled on the insidebecause I'm like, yeah, the
struggle just got real, cause, what happened with my throat,
what happened with my eye?
That's okay, because I'm goingto keep pressing and I'm going
to pray.
Yes, I'm going to pray and letthe power of God come on in.
Hallelujah, this thing going toship.
Glory to God.
Hallelujah, it's alreadyshifted.
Hallelujah, I feel my health.
Glory to God, I feel mybreakthrough.
(09:00):
You know what this is an example.
This through, and you know whatthis is an example.
This is an example of how wehave to do.
We still got to press, evenwhen the distractions come
Because, yeah, it was somethingin my it was.
It felt like something was inmy eye, but I had to keep.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
praying, Felt like
something was going on with my
throat Got to keep on praying.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
Got to keep on
pressing, got to keep on doing
what we do.
Amen, that's so good, hallelujah Talking about
pressing.
The.
Speaker 1 (09:20):
Bible says we are
hard pressed, yes, on every side
, but we are not crushed Because.
Why?
Because we're in the hand ofGod.
And he said nothing canseparate Nothing can separate me
from the love of God.
Nothing, not life or death, orpower or principalities or
things to come.
None of this stuff can separateme from God's love.
(09:41):
So I can be broken andstruggling.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
But I'm in his hand
and that's love.
So I can be broken andstruggling, but I'm in his hand,
I'm wrapped in his love.
Speaker 1 (09:47):
So come on life.
I got God and I got prayer.
I got the saints with me.
Come on, I'm going to make itin Jesus' name.
Let's not talk about the angels.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
Come on Don't get
them started.
Speaker 1 (10:04):
We just went in.
We did, but we want to talkabout it, hallelujah.
We want to talk about thestruggle Just got real.
Have you ever made thatstatement?
Have you ever been going down apath of life minding your own
business, managing things well, being a good steward of
(10:25):
everything God has given you, and, all of a sudden, challenges
, tragedy, setbacks, oh my God,conflict hit your life and you
had to say, oh my God, it's myturn to go through now.
What do you do when it's yourturn to go through?
What do you do do when it'syour turn to go through?
(10:46):
What do you do?
We know what to do when we seeothers going through.
We pray, we intercede for them,we give Come on.
We know what we do when we readthe Bible and we see how they
go through.
We get encouragement.
But what do you do when thestruggle just got real?
I want to take us to the bookof James, chapter 1, verse 2
through 4, and we're going to betalking about in this session,
(11:09):
addressing the reality ofspiritual, emotional and
physical struggle on theChristian journey or on life's
journey.
James, chapter 1, are you there, pastor?
James, chapter 1?
Can you read verse 2 through 4,as we lay this foundation.
Speaker 2 (11:23):
Absolutely.
I am reading from the NIV andit reads consider it pure joy,
my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many
kinds, because you know thatthe testing of your faith
produces perseverance.
Let perseverance finish itswork so that you may be mature
(11:43):
and complete, not lackinganything.
Wow.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
The first thing
jumped out to me about that
scripture is that all struggle, all challenges are a test of
faith not just some of them, amen.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
Amen.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
Because the author
here, james, he never delineates
the different types of struggleand which one is the test.
He said count it all joy whenyou fall into all these diverse
situations, because the testingof your faith is working
patience.
So God works patience in usthrough testing our faith.
(12:23):
God works character in usthrough testing our faith.
God works character in us bytesting our faith.
And it's interesting to me,when I first started reading
this scripture I thought Jameshad lost his mind.
What you mean?
Count it all joy?
Why would I count it all joy?
But see, that's thinking inyour corner mind.
That was me in my flesh mind asI read the story of Jesus.
(12:47):
As I read the story of Paul, Irealized what Paul meant when he
said these light afflictionsare not worthy to be compared
with the eternal weight of glorythat shall be revealed in us.
In other words, he was sayingto live is Christ, to die is God
.
He was saying I go throughthese struggles on this side
knowing there's something fargreater and that says Christ
(13:09):
struggled and died and suffered.
For me it's an honor to die andstruggle and suffer in his
namesake and this is why Paulsaid I boast in my infirmities
and that's a learned posture.
You have to grow into havingresilience and perseverance and
struggle until you can get tothat place where you say it's OK
(13:32):
to struggle, yeah, even whenthe struggle hits home.
Speaker 2 (13:35):
And it gets real.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
Let's talk about it.
Let's talk about it here.
What do you?
When you read this passage ofscripture, I'm quite sure a lot
of things come back in your mind.
Yeah, what immediately beginsto?
How does it begin to ministerto you?
Speaker 2 (13:54):
What it gives you to
say to our audience.
That is listening and viewingright now you know it made me
think about, as I was listeningto you.
It made me think about Romans 8, 28.
Speaker 1 (14:12):
That talks about when
I read the commentary of that
scripture.
Speaker 2 (14:14):
They talked about God
making good in every situation.
God making good so it's likewhen you think about the trial.
So here's James telling us youknow when you think about these
trials that you face, telling usyou know, when you think about
these trials that you face, youcan rejoice in that, because
Romans 8, 28 tells us that inall things so that means my
trials, that I'm suffering forChrist, for God is going to make
(14:37):
good.
That is so powerful to me thatI don't have to go through a
thing with my head down becauseI have a heavenly father that
will take the ugliest of mysituations, because I'm his
daughter.
He will take the ugliest of mytrials, the ugliest of all the
(15:00):
stuff I go through, and makegood, all the stuff I go through
and make good Jesus.
That's powerful Because, realistically, when we think
about the things that we gothrough, because we're limited
right, we're not God, so we'relimited on how much we see, how
much we know or whatever.
So we look at our circumstancesand we see gloom and doom.
(15:21):
Sometimes we see these trialsas the end.
It's over.
There's no way we see the RedSea as I can't cross that Right,
there's no way.
I have the enemy behind me.
I have this Red Sea in front ofme Right.
Where am I going to go?
It's over Not realizing thatGod is like, but I have power
(15:42):
Right To open that sea up andlet you through.
You know what I mean.
And so when we realize, or evenif we remember because I think
that's the problem Sometimes wedon't remember that even though
I struggle, now God is makinggood, even of the struggle.
(16:02):
I don't know how, I don't knowwhen, I only know who and if I
can grasp that with a wholeheart and a whole mind, I can go
through it and say you knowwhat, some days I'm going to cry
, some days I'm going to beangry, some days I'll be
(16:22):
frustrated, but then I'm goingto come back around to but God
is going to make good, but Godhas got my back, but God has got
me.
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (16:32):
What I keep hearing
in what you're saying is it's
important to develop a soundprofession.
Speaker 2 (16:38):
Yes, I love it, yes,
absolutely.
Speaker 1 (16:40):
It is important to
develop a proclamation of
goodness in the Lord in yourlife.
In other words, it's importantto prophesy, which means to
declare the word of God.
A lot of people get prophesiedmixed up with prophecy.
To prophesy and Paul said youknow, I would, that all of you
(17:01):
would prophesy, that's what hesaid.
He said that.
And to prophesy simply means toproclaim the good word of you
would prophesy, that's what hesaid.
He said that.
And to prophesy simply means toproclaim the good word of God
over your life and to otherpeople.
That's all it means.
Ladies and gentlemen, let megive you some clarity on this.
Please, please, refuse to beafraid to prophesy.
Please refuse to be afraid toprophesy.
(17:22):
Read your word in the NewTestament.
Paul told the church I think itmay have been at Corinth he
said I would, I would, above allthings, that you, all of you,
would prophesy.
Amen.
He said more than speaking intongues.
He said I wish that you wouldprophesy.
That means to speak the goodword of God over your life that
he has already written in thisscripture, so you can prophesy
(17:44):
over your own life, and that isimportant in life, especially in
struggle.
You, you, you must you.
Speaker 2 (17:52):
Oh, my God.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
Especially in
struggle, you must say out of
your mouth no weapon formedagainst me shall.
That's prophesying over my life.
You, you must be able to say,and when you're dealing with
lack in your life the Lord is myshepherd.
I shall not want See that'sprophesying, proclaiming his
word over my life.
I shall not want he make me liedown in green pasture.
(18:17):
He lead me besides the stillwater.
I must open up my mouth andmake a proclamation of good from
the word of God over me and myfamily and my struggles, and I
must put that on repeat.
Speaker 2 (18:30):
I've got to put it on
repeat Because, realistically
and that's the note that I wrotedown because I didn't want to
forget it is that that is whatfaith is.
Faith is, it is professing thatwhich we don't yet see Come on.
It's what I hope for.
I hope that God's word is goingto manifest in my life.
So when I open my mouth andprophesy, all I'm doing is
(18:54):
activating faith.
Speaker 1 (18:56):
And activating word
and activating God and
activating spirit.
Speaker 2 (19:01):
My God, my God
Absolutely, activating spirit.
My God, my God Absolutely.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
Y'all we getting
started with the Holy Ghost of
God in this room right now?
Oh my, gosh.
Speaker 2 (19:12):
I mean because think
about it when we are prophesying
the word of God over our lives,it's because it's in an area
that we've not yet seen God'sword manifest made.
Manifest.
Faith is the substance ofthings hopeful, the evidence of
(19:32):
what we don't yet see.
Glory to God.
So when we prophesy just goingto the point you made we
shouldn't be afraid to prophesy, because prophesy no.
Because prophesy is in alignmentwith faith.
Come on, my God, come on.
It is directly connected tofaith, because we are coming out
of the word of God, becausethat thing ain't yet manifested,
(19:55):
so I'm going to profess it outof my mouth, because that's what
we understand faith to be.
Speaker 1 (20:01):
Oh my God, this
teaching is going in a strange
direction in my head, becauseI'm over here thinking like the
reason so many believers aredrowning in struggle is because
we're tiptoeing and flirtingaround with religion rather than
power, and we would rather stayaway from prophesying the Holy
(20:25):
Ghost and supernatural thingsjust to get along with people.
But we're going home in ourquiet spaces and our private
environments and we're dyingfrom the struggles that we're
going through.
But I would rather speak life Iwould rather float in the Holy
Spirit, because religion, I willtell you right now, religion
(20:47):
zaps the power out of yourChristian worldview.
I'm just going to put it likethat.
I'm actually conflicted aboutthe way that the Holy Spirit is
taking this, because I didn'twant to, really want to go down
this road.
Speaker 2 (20:58):
I will say this is
confirmation, because that's
exactly what I thought.
I felt that same thing thatsometimes the problem with being
uncomfortable with prophesyingis because of the
uncomfortability that existswith the Holy Spirit.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
Which suggests that
there are some struggles that
we're in, because what isstruggle, struggle, is inner
conflict and outer conflict.
It is inner adversity and outeradversity.
It is possible that if wetapped into the power of the
Holy Ghost and let him lead, guide and comfort us, we
(21:36):
wouldn't be in some of thestruggles that we're in.
We wouldn't have inner conflictand we wouldn't have certain
outer conflicts because there'ssome confrontation and conflict.
We wouldn't have certain outerconflicts because there's some
confrontation and conflict.
We shouldn't be in and wouldn'tbe in if we would have listened
to the holy ghost.
Oh my god.
But when we're so scared of theholy ghost, so afraid of the
(21:56):
whole, what are you talkingabout?
The holy ghost is on the insideof you exactly.
you might be scared, but he inthere, right, right, yeah, and
he is there to give you power, direction, wisdom, guidance, to
rebuke demons and adversaries,to speak life and see it coming
to intercede your groans thatyou can't even put into words,
(22:17):
as you are talking to God andagonizing and going through
things.
The Holy Ghost is the blessing.
Here's the manifest presence ofGod on the inside of us.
Jesus sent the Holy Ghost to theapostles in Acts chapter one
and Acts chapter 10.
The Holy Ghost fell on oh, whatis his name.
Ghost fell on.
(22:42):
Oh, what is his name.
I just had it in my head.
The Holy Ghost fell on theRoman soldier who, Peter, went
to his house.
Speaker 2 (22:47):
Cornelius.
Thank you, Holy Ghost.
Oh yeah, let's go come, becauseI got the Holy Ghost with me.
Cornelius was a Gentile.
Speaker 1 (22:53):
Cornelius was a
Gentile, a Jewish soldier.
He was a man in authority.
He was a man in a pagan city.
He was not a Jew, but whenPeter went to him and prayed for
them, the Holy Ghost fell onhis whole house and the Gentiles
got filled with the Holy Ghost.
In that very moment the HolyGhost is operating all through
(23:15):
the book of Acts.
I'm telling you we did notintend for this teaching to go
this way, but this is forsomebody listening.
Today, this is answered prayer.
Speaker 2 (23:23):
Come on somebody,
Because he said Lord, come in
this room.
Come in this room and guidethis, that's what he's doing.
That's what he's doing.
This is answered prayer.
Speaker 1 (23:31):
Okay, here's my
question how intimate is your
relationship with the HolySpirit?
Ponder that?
Think about that.
Here's another question Are youintimidated, afraid to talk
about or talk to the Holy Spirit?
Are you biblically informedabout the Holy Spirit's role and
(23:55):
God's mandate on your life as abeliever to experience the Holy
Spirit?
What did John the Baptist tellthe people that he was baptizing
at the Jordan?
He said I baptize you withwater, but there's another who
will come and baptize you.
Come on now with what?
With the Spirit?
(24:15):
With the Spirit, with fire andthe Holy Ghost.
So have you had a true baptismas a believer if you do not
accept being baptized in theHoly Ghost?
See, see, church has done adisservice to the body of Christ
and pushed the Holy Ghost inthe back administrative office
(24:38):
and don't let the Holy Ghostcome into the service.
So the people don't get achance to experience true power,
for miracle signs and wonders, for breakthroughs, for guidance,
direction and truth, becausethey have a very weak, mild and
probably, in some cases,non-existent relationship with
the Holy Spirit.
Jesus said he told hisdisciples when he was getting
ready to die and in a sin to theright hand of the father, he
(25:01):
said I'm going away.
He said listen.
He said, but I will not leaveyou comfortless.
One rendition says I will notleave you as orphans, he said,
but I will send anothercomforter.
So if you don't embrace, if wedon't embrace, the Holy Spirit
and an intimate relationshipwith him, we're like orphans.
We don't have the comfort ofGod.
(25:26):
I can't live without thecomfort of God and I don't know
about you.
But my life gets so hecticsometimes that it pushes me into
my prayer and intimacy with theHoly Spirit and I have to get
on my face and say Holy Spirit, guide me.
I have to give up on all myintellect, my reasoning, my
(25:46):
degrees which I got, a lot ofthem and all this stuff, and I
have to say I need you, holySpirit, speak to me, lead me,
god, I don't know what to do.
And if you're missing that inyour spiritual walk, this is why
you have so many struggles andthis is why so many believers
and non-believers are committingsuicide.
They don't have the comforterand we're in depression and
(26:07):
anxiety.
We don't have the comforter.
Oh, my God Listening to me,whoever you are listening, this
is for you.
This is not we got.
We got other stuff to talkabout and I'm going to find a
way to tie this back into theHoly ghost.
But let me tell you somethingGod is ministering right now, in
(26:27):
this time together that we'respending in this moment.
Don't you miss it.
The day you hear my voice, thescripture says harden not your
heart.
It is time for your experiencewith the Holy Ghost.
We are living in the last daysand it is hard to decipher truth
from a lie, the wolf from thesheep, the right from the wrong.
And who is the discerner oftruth?
(26:48):
Who is the revealer of truth?
The Holy Spirit.
You need to have the Holy Spiritto show you who tried to
deceive you, trick you into arelationship to kill you and
take you out.
Who is trying to manipulate youinto a contract to take your,
your hard earned money.
Which one of your childrentrying to dupe you and deceive
you and lie and pull the woolover your head.
(27:09):
You need to know the Holy Ghost.
You need to know the Holy Ghostto know how to vote.
You need to know the Holy Ghostright now.
You need to know the Holy Ghost.
You need to know the Holy Ghostto know how to vote.
You need to know the Holy Ghostright now.
You need to know the Holy Ghostso he can tell you when not to
leave out the house and when toleave out the house, because
people is coming up unalivenowadays this word that they use
(27:29):
now, unalive.
Unalive for going to thegrocery store at the wrong time.
Speaker 2 (27:34):
Unalive, for yeah,
yeah, yeah, we need the Holy
Spirit, for sure.
Speaker 1 (27:40):
I want you to say
this with me I need the Holy
Spirit.
Amen.
Ooh, I feel like it's coming.
I feel him.
I feel him.
I feel him.
I feel him.
I feel him.
I feel him.
I feel him, I feel him, I.
I need somebody to say, not thatbecause you might not have
(28:03):
tongues, but I need somebody tosay See, that's me praying in my
spiritual language as well asin my understanding language.
I need somebody to say HolySpirit, dwell in me, come even
now with your sweet presence, say it, say it out of your mouth
.
Holy Spirit, dwell in me.
(28:26):
I receive you as a gift fromJesus Christ.
You are my comforter, you aremy revealer.
You are my comforter.
You are my revealer, you are myguide, you are my troop, you
are Christ dwelling in me towalk alongside this life with me
(28:48):
.
I believe in you, holy Spirit, and I receive you right now in
Jesus' name.
If you repeated after me withyour heart, you just received
the manifestation of the HolyGhost, and if you need to chime
off right now and go spend sometime with God and continue
(29:09):
talking with the Holy Ghost andpick this up later, you can do
that.
I wouldn't be upset at all.
I can't even see you, I don'teven know, but listen to me.
I want you, from this dayforward, every day, to engage
the Holy Spirit in aconversation.
I want you to study your Bibleabout the Holy Spirit.
Look at all the stuff the HolySpirit did for the people of God
(29:30):
to bring God's will to pass intheir life.
I want you to have the HolyGhost active in your life, in
everything you do in yourbusiness, in your home, in your
finances, in your relationshipwith people, in your marriage.
I want the Holy Ghost of Godbringing God's will and his
power and his good and his gloryand his majesty into your life
(29:53):
every day.
You deserve it because God saidhe would give you the Holy
Spirit, and don't you letanybody discourage you in your
walk with the Holy Ghost.
Hallelujah, he is with you tolead and guide you, to receive
him with confidence, courage andpower, and believe by faith
(30:16):
that he is with you every day.
Learn to listen to him, learnto feel him, Learn to sense him,
learn to know when he's movingand when he's moving you in your
soul to certain decisions andcertain realities and truths,
and embrace it and watch God dosupernatural things in your life
(30:37):
today.
Please do it.
Speaker 2 (30:39):
Please do it in Jesus
name.
Speaker 1 (30:43):
Pastor, he just came
in the room.
Speaker 2 (30:45):
And that's what he
does.
Speaker 1 (30:46):
He came in the room.
Speaker 2 (30:47):
That's what he does.
Speaker 1 (30:48):
Hallelujah.
Speaker 2 (30:49):
And that's why we
have to be.
It's important to have arelationship with the Holy
Spirit, because God doesn't wantto come in and interrupt
something that you're doing,because he knows that there's a
need that you don't even knowabout.
So sometimes, when we get soadamant in our day-to-day
functions of life, we can misswhat God.
This is really a lot of whatyou just said.
(31:11):
We can miss God by trying tostay with our agenda and not be
led by the Holy Spirit.
If we, if we work so hard tojust push off the sense and
instead of saying the HolySpirit just said this to me or
just guided me to do this orthat, and if they say oh,
somebody said oh, I thought Iheard this or something told me
(31:33):
no, acknowledge who he is,acknowledge who he is, and
that's how you build yourrelationship with the Holy
Spirit.
So we have an agenda here, butGod needed to intervene and so
he sent the Holy Spirit Come on,and when you have a
relationship, you can besensitive to that movement, and
(31:55):
that is vital.
Speaker 1 (31:55):
That's vital.
Speaker 2 (31:56):
That's vital, not
just on a platform of any sort,
but that's vital in day-to-daylife, to make sure that you're
making decisions that you'resupposed to be making, oh my God
, and going where you need to go, when you need to go there, and
so forth, and so on.
If I didn't have a, you know,if the Holy Spirit left me today
(32:16):
, I think I would be done forbecause I completely depend and
trust on the leading and guidingof the Holy Spirit.
Speaker 1 (32:25):
I must read, then, as
we look to transition, to talk
about the struggle is real.
I must go to Acts, chapter oneand talk about possessing the
Holy Spirit in struggle, acts, chapter one and talk about
possessing the Holy Spirit instruggle, possessing the Holy
Spirit in life, because we needto see why the Holy Spirit has
come.
And it's in Acts, chapter one,and I want to give this to our
audience.
Why did the Holy Spirit come?
(32:45):
Why do you need the Holy Spirit?
What's the purpose of the HolySpirit?
I'm going to sum it up to youright here, and you don't have
to get any deeper than this.
It doesn't have to get any morebiblical or theological than
this.
If you receive this, it couldbe enough.
Sure, study your Bible and getmore out of it and get a deeper
understanding and spend timewith him.
But let me at least give you anamazing foundation here.
It is right here, in Acts, chapter one, and here's what it
(33:08):
says when Jesus promised theHoly Spirit to them, the Holy
Spirit to them, it says, starting with verse four, and
being assembled together withthem, he, jesus, commanded them
not to depart for Jerusalem butto wait for the promise of the
(33:28):
Father.
Now, who promised the HolySpirit.
The Father, god, is the one whopromised the Holy Spirit.
Have God ever promised a badthing?
Have God ever promised hischildren an evil thing?
No, god has always promised tohis children out of his love.
God's promises are birthed outof his love, out of his care,
(33:50):
out of his kindness, out of hismercy and compassion and good.
So the promise of the HolySpirit comes from God to us.
Jesus is just the onecommunicating.
Watch this, he said.
You have heard from me, fortruly, john baptized with water,
but you shall be baptized.
(34:13):
Watch this with the Holy spirit, not many days from now.
Oh my God, watch this, he says.
Therefore, when they had cometogether, they asked him saying
Lord, will you, at this time, restore the kingdom of Israel?
He said to them it is not foryou to know the times or seasons
(34:34):
which the father has put in hisown authority, but watch this,
but you shall.
So why, the Holy Spirit, come, you shall receive power there.
It is right there, and thatword in the Greek means
authority and boldness, orsupernatural power.
(34:55):
So it means it means authorityand supernatural power.
Okay, he says so you're goingto have power.
When, the Holy Spirit, when doyou get the power?
When do we get the power?
When the Holy Spirit comes over.
And that gets back to my pointthat I made earlier, when I said
(35:17):
if you don't have the HolySpirit active in your life, you
are living powerless.
That's why you're still in someof the struggles, internally
and externally, because there isan absence of the Holy Spirit
presence in your life.
Watch this.
So now you know why he come andyou know who promised him.
Watch this, he says when theHoly Spirit come upon you, watch
(35:37):
this and you shall be witnessesto me in Jerusalem and in all
Judea and Samaria and to the endof the earth.
We are not an effective witness, then, without the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
They were not able to go out andwitness to all the nations
(36:02):
Because they were being sent outto all the nations.
They were not.
They did not have the power togo out and witness without the
Holy Spirit.
Why is that important?
Because Jesus knew, and theFather knows, that they were
going to be persecuted.
They were going to go throughtrial and tribulation.
They were going to going to bepersecuted.
They were going to go throughtrial and tribulation.
They were going to be accosted.
They were going to be beaten, thrown in jail, and they were
(36:22):
going to need the power of Godin them to help them persevere
and endure, so that they cankeep being light while being
beaten.
Keep being light while beingpersecuted.
Light while being beaten.
Keep being light while beingpersecuted.
Keep holding up thebloodstained banner and saying
God is good and he loves you,and keep spreading the good news
(36:42):
of Jesus Christ, even thoughthey were being persecuted for
it.
And it's impossible to do thatif you don't have the Holy
Spirit giving you comfort.
While you're being raciallybiased towards, while you're
being fired and laid off, whileyou're being talked about by
family members who talk aboutyour spirituality, while you're
being you've got a husbandthat's cheating on you.
(37:04):
It's impossible to do itwithout the comfort of the Holy
Spirit.
That's the truth, so let's talkabout it.
We're talking about thestruggle is real and how badly
we need and struggle to havepassion and perseverance.
Speaker 2 (37:23):
I want to just say
one thing, because of the way
that my Bible reads about thatfirst part in In four, in verse
four, because I thought this wasimportant to highlight.
In four, in verse four, becauseI thought this was important to
highlight, he said do not leaveJerusalem, but wait for the
(37:46):
gift my father promised.
And it goes back to the pointthat you were talking about.
Has God ever given us something?
that's not good A gift from God.
Are you serious and you don'twant it?
You know what I mean.
So I just wanted to emphasizein the NIV it's good, go ahead.
Speaker 1 (38:02):
And here's what the
Holy Spirit just showed me Just
like the struggle is real, yeah, the spirit is real, amen,
that's really.
The Holy Spirit is real.
So when the struggle gets real, just remember the Holy Spirit
is real, amen.
And his guidance is real in thereal struggle that you're going
through.
Oh my God.
Speaker 2 (38:22):
Every time we come up
three times.
I'm going to go ahead and sayit.
You know, I was thinking aboutwhen we were talking about the
struggle and the importance ofthe Holy Spirit, and it's like
God just kept, the Holy Spiritjust kept giving me these
flashes, and so I know I'msupposed to share it and that is
I can remember.
You know, sometimes you gothrough things that you feel
(38:44):
like you can't give words to.
Sometimes you may want to prayand you can't give words to the
prayer because the struggle isreal.
And what I love about Godgiving us this gift his name is
the Holy Spirit Right that, evenwhen we cannot formulate words
(39:10):
with, through and by the HolySpirit, we have a gift to speak
in tongues.
And it is through speaking intongues ie praying to God that I
can recall I'm talking.
An English word didn't come outof my mouth for a very long
(39:32):
period of time because I waspraying in my heavenly language.
Speaker 1 (39:37):
Oh my.
Speaker 2 (39:38):
God and it was
through that prayer that I
received this.
It was, it was the.
It was like the prayer wasactivating.
I was being activated in theHoly ghost and his power starts
showing up.
Because when you're goingthrough a struggle, it's hard,
it's pressure, it's stress andsometimes you feel overwhelmed
(40:00):
and burdened and oh my God.
But I remember praying andpraying, and praying, and I felt
the strength of God.
Speaker 1 (40:10):
Oh, my God.
Speaker 2 (40:11):
Rising up on the
inside of me.
Oh my God, I love that I canrecall receiving revelation,
even through praying in tongues, about what the struggle was.
Now I have words.
Now I have English words that Ican say oh my God, I thank you.
(40:31):
You know, what I'm saying andwhen I tell you it blessed my
life.
Having the gift of the HolySpirit changes the game, if I
can say it that way, because itpositions you to activate power
that God has given us toovercome every struggle that
(40:51):
gets real.
We have power to overcome iteven while we're still in it.
I want to throw something thepower to overcome the struggle
while we're still in thestruggle.
Oh my God, wow.
Speaker 1 (41:07):
Oh, my God.
Speaker 2 (41:07):
That's powerful.
Speaker 1 (41:09):
You reminded me of
the passage of scripture here in
Romans, chapter eight, and it'sright before verse 28.
We always look at Romans 8 and28, but, a few verses up is
something just as powerful.
That is said here by Paul.
To the church at Rome he sayslikewise the Spirit, here it is
again, watch.
This also helps in our weakness.
(41:30):
What, oh, I have help when I'mweak In our weakness, yeah, yeah
.
What?
Yeah?
Oh, I have help, I have help.
When I'm weak, mm-hmm.
When I have an understandingthis is what it's called when I
have an understanding of theHoly Spirit, mm-hmm.
See, you can have something, not understand its purpose,
(41:51):
therefore don't know how to tapinto it or exercise it, mm-hmm,
because you don't know how totap into it or exercise it.
Because you don't know itspurpose, you don't understand
its purpose.
Oh my God, holy Ghost, help meto explain this to somebody in
this room.
See, you can have a filletknife and be using a fillet
knife to cut a steak, but afilleting knife is not for
(42:14):
cutting steak.
A steak knife is A filletingknife is for taking little thin
pieces of meat and cuttingreally thin slices of it.
A filleting knife is far moresharper with a steak knife.
Got a fillet knife in thedrawer but don't really
(42:37):
understand the purpose of it.
And that's how we are.
We have the Holy Spirit on theinside of us, who is our helper
when we are weak in the struggle.
I don't know about y'all, butwhen I'm in a struggle, that's
when I get.
Weakness hits me.
I'm not going to sit here andlie.
Speaker 2 (42:56):
I almost just started
speaking in tongues, it almost
just came straight up out of me.
Speaker 1 (43:00):
Let me tell you
something the struggle gets real
to the point where you can'teven pray.
I'm going to talk about whathappens when you can't pray
yourself right here in this sameverse.
The struggle can get so realwhere you skip a few Sunday
services.
I'm just at the career, I'm notgoing today.
The struggle can get so realwhere you question God, oh, come
(43:22):
on, Come on, this is turninginto something else we can get
back so far into a Well, Elijahsaid Jezebel, go kill me.
I'm the only one that you leftGod.
I'm the only prophet you gotleft God, Why'd you leave me
here?
And everybody else said Godsaid listen, I got thousands of
prophets that you know nothingabout.
Speaker 2 (43:46):
What are you doing up
here?
Speaker 1 (43:47):
in this mountain,
elijah, come out of there.
Oh my God, who was it?
Was it?
Was it Jeremiah who said I'mdone preaching because his
ministry was so tough, thestruggle was so tough.
He was always prophesying doomand gloom and Jeremiah said I
said that I would not speak ofhim no more.
He said, but it was like fireshut up in my bones and I
couldn't hold my peace.
(44:08):
The struggle was real forJeremiah.
Come on in here somebody.
The struggle got real for Peter.
Huh, denied Jesus three times, come on.
So so are we gonna act like wedon't deny jesus sometimes?
(44:28):
Yeah, god is telling us to do athing and we deny him a yes,
we're like no, no, no, I'm notdoing that.
God asks us to forgive, andbecause we're so hurt because of
the struggle, we said no, I'mnot forgiving her, I'm not
forgiving him.
They gotta come to me.
Oh, the struggle can get realwhere you go and smite the rock,
like Moses did when thechildren of Israel needed water
(44:51):
and God told him to speak to therock so that water could come
out, so that they can continueto see that God is merciful.
No, he struck the rock whichmisrepresented God's mercy and
made it look like God was angrybecause Moses was the
representation of God.
And just because we're angryabout something don't mean God
is angry about it.
So you think God mad at youabout something that God ain't
(45:12):
mad at you about?
Okay, sidebar note.
But look at that.
Moses smoked that right.
That struggle got real.
He got tired of dealing withthe rebellious complaining,
whining children of Israel andthey got angry.
Come on somebody.
Speaker 2 (45:30):
The struggle does get
real.
Speaker 1 (45:31):
It does, and we need
help and God has given help,
because in the Old Testament andI forget what that passage of
Scripture is, and it may also bein Ezekiel or Jeremiah and it
says before they even call.
I have already heard.
Watch this Before they speak.
I have already answered.
(45:52):
God already knew we were goingto need help.
That's why he told Jesus, promise them, tell them that the
Holy I'm going to send, theHoly Spirit.
Jesus said the promise camefrom the Father.
That's right.
God already knows everystruggle in your path, in your
future and in your now, and hehas given you the comforter to
(46:13):
help you in your weakness.
Amen.
Speaker 2 (46:17):
Oh, I wish.
Speaker 1 (46:17):
I had about two or
three people that could say I've
been so weak before, and it wasonly God's comfort that brought
me out.
Right the comfort.
Can I read this?
Speaker 2 (46:26):
You know, I just
thought maybe what is happening
this just occurred to me is thatone you know, for anyone who
has not yet, you know, developeda relationship with the Holy
Spirit, any believer who has notyet developed a relationship
with the Holy Spirit?
Maybe it is, and I lost mytrain of thought.
(46:46):
Jesus, holy Spirit, bring itback to me in.
Speaker 1 (46:48):
Jesus' name.
In the name of Jesus, he'sgoing to bring it back to you,
even if it's in a second.
Watch this while you're pausingand meditating in your spirit.
That's what I want you to doMeditate in your spirit for God
to bring that back to you.
By the Holy Ghost, I'm going toread this and I'm going to be
praying for you in my spiritthat it come back to you.
Speaker 2 (47:08):
Hallelujah.
What was the last thing yousaid?
Speaker 1 (47:13):
We were talking about
our weakness.
When we are weak, we havecomfort and we have help from
the Holy Ghost.
We were talking about how totap into it.
You can't tap into help thatyou don't exercise and know that
you have.
You see, what I'm saying, but itsays here likewise the spirit
also helps in our weakness.
(47:35):
Watch this, For we do not knowwhat we should pray for.
As we all pray, we ought topray oh Holy Ghost, show up in
this room right now in the nameof Jesus, when we don't know
what to pray.
The Holy Ghost, watch this.
It says.
But the Spirit Himself and Iwant everybody to understand the
(47:58):
Spirit is not an it, the SpiritHimself, Come on somebody.
It's not a thing.
The Spirit is God in spiritform, dwelling in us.
It says himself makesintercession for us with
groanings which cannot beuttered.
Watch this and your revelationis about to come back.
(48:20):
Oh God, hallelujah.
Now, he who searches the heartsknows heart.
Hallelujah, Now, he whosearches the hearts knows.
The mind of the spirit isbecause he makes intercession
for the saints according to thewill of God.
So while we don't know what topray, the Holy Ghost is praying
(48:44):
God's will over our life.
Speaker 2 (48:46):
Every time, every
time, my God.
Speaker 1 (48:49):
So when I'm drowning
in something and I feel like I
don't know what to pray Examplethe Holy Spirit is praying Lord.
Bring him out.
Oh Lord, make sure no weaponformed against him shall prosper
, because he's speaking the willof God over me.
No weapon formed against themshall prosper because he's
speaking the will of God over me.
Oh God, you told him or herthat that, jeremiah 29, 11,.
(49:10):
You know the plan that you havefor them.
That is good.
You told him.
No weapon for me.
You told him, blesses the manwho woke him down in the council
of the ungodly.
No, standing where the sinnersit in the seat of the scornful.
You told him in your word theLord is my light and my
salvation.
Whom shall I fear, lord, thestrength of my life?
Of whom shall I be afraid?
(49:30):
When the wicked, even myenemies and foes, came to eat up
my flesh, they stumbled andfell.
You told them.
Speaker 2 (49:40):
you would never leave
them off.
I say the Holy.
Spirit is our helper, absolutely he is our God
Absolutely, and he helps us inour weakness.
Speaker 1 (49:46):
He does Hallelujah.
He is our God Absolutely and hehelps us in our weakness.
He does Hallelujah.
I had to read that.
Oh, and then you get verse 28.
And we know that all thingswork together for the good of
those who love God, to those whoare called according to his
purpose Watch this.
For whom he foreknew, he alsopredestined to be conformed to
the image of his son, that hemight be the firstborn among
(50:08):
brothers.
Moreover, who he predestined, these he also called.
Whom he called, these he alsojustified, and whom he justified
, these he also glorified.
I'll tell you right now, we'regoing to have to do a part two.
We're going to have to do apart two.
(50:29):
We're going to have to do apart two of the struggle.
Just real.
So, pastor, a thinking back towhat it was you were talking
about.
What were you talking about?
Speaker 2 (50:42):
I think I shifted.
I think I shifted, I think Ishifted.
I think it was along the linesof, you know, just considering
that maybe some of the thingsthat are happening or are not
happening could be a result ofnot activating the Holy Spirit.
Speaker 1 (51:05):
That's exactly what
you were talking about In our
lives Activating the Holy Spirit.
Speaker 2 (51:09):
Yeah, like consider
that, that reality, that maybe
some things that are happeningor that have not happened could
be because the Holy Spirit isnot active.
I'm not allowed him to beactive in my life.
Speaker 1 (51:29):
Who are we to change
and bind the Holy Spirit?
Speaker 2 (51:36):
The scriptures even
talk about not quenching the
Holy Spirit.
Speaker 1 (51:40):
Oh my God, not to
quench the Holy Spirit.
Oh my God, talk about that.
What does it look like when wequench the Holy Spirit?
Speaker 2 (51:47):
It's really a form of
resisting.
You know, there are times whenthe Holy Spirit tells us to do
something, tell us to saysomething, and because we're
either intimidated by people ordon't, we don't want to look a
certain kind of way, or you knowwhich really boils back down to
being more concerned with whatpeople think.
We won't say it, we won't do it,we won't, we won't follow the
(52:10):
leading of the Holy Spirit.
And so it's resisting that, that scent that comes over us to
to, to do and to say, and toall of those different things.
And and so we resisted.
Speaker 1 (52:25):
First Thessalonians,
5 and 19.
You want to get it.
Speaker 2 (52:28):
You got it.
Speaker 1 (52:29):
I can.
Okay, first, thessalonians 5and 19.
Okay, let me find it here Now.
Listen, this is what this says.
Now y'all, look, it's not thatwe didn't come in prepared.
The Holy Ghost took over oursession and we are following the
(52:52):
Holy Ghost right now to thescriptures that he give us and
to be able to, to support whathe's trying to do for you in
your life right now.
To you who are listening andwatching.
You're seeing it in real timebecause we have other scriptures
and statistics and we're goingto do a part two to.
(53:12):
The struggle is real.
This is part one.
So if you tune in to us, makesure you listen to part two of
this.
The struggle is real.
Listen, what did I say?
First, thessalonians 5 and what19.
Here's what it says, and it'sone simple sentence with a
period Do not quench the spirit.
(53:33):
Are y'all getting that?
Do not quench the spirit.
Now another thing I want you toget.
Can you go to Ephesians 4 and30 real quick, and I'm going to
read this other part.
It says do not quit the spirit.
Then it says look, do notdespise prophecies.
(53:56):
Prophecies come from the HolySpirit.
See, we've got to get morespiritual in our Christian walk.
We are in the end days, in theend times, and it is time for us
to man up, woman up, buckle up,strap up, put on the whole arm
of God and start walking in thepower of God and the power of
the Holy Ghost, because it'simpossible for you to love with
(54:16):
all this hate and vitriol goingon in the world without the Holy
Spirit exercising the fruit oflove in your life.
How are you going to have asound mind without the Holy
Ghost in this day and time inwhich we live?
Speaker 2 (54:36):
Ephesians 4.30?
.
Speaker 1 (54:39):
Yes, Ephesians 4.30.
Speaker 2 (54:40):
Do not greet the Holy
Spirit of God with whom you
were sealed.
For the day of redemption Waita minute, stop Wait.
Speaker 1 (54:47):
A minute.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Speaker 2 (54:49):
Read that again and
do not grieve the Holy Spirit of
God so rejecting the HolySpirit.
Speaker 1 (54:56):
The Holy Spirit has
feelings.
The Holy Spirit understandslove and rejection.
Think about this the HolySpirit is love and rejection.
Think about this the HolySpirit is God living in us.
So when we reject the HolySpirit, we're hurting God's
(55:16):
heart.
Oh my God.
But then we go to him and prayfor something.
God, I'm still overheard fromyou rejecting the Holy Ghost.
Watch this it says do notgrieve.
Oh my God, what is your?
What is your footnote?
I'll come say about that Do notgrieve.
Speaker 2 (55:40):
Believers should not
grieve the Holy Spirit through
sin such as unwholesome speechand the outpouring of repressed
anger.
Come on, Since only persons canbe grieved, this verse affirms
the fact that the Holy Spirit isa person.
Speaker 1 (55:49):
Come on, did I not
just say that?
Did I not just say that, peopleof God, the Holy Spirit is like
the person of Jesus Christinside of us and we grieve in
him?
We're rejecting him because wewon't receive the Holy Spirit.
And it says, it says now grievenot the Holy Spirit, now watch
(56:11):
this, go ahead.
It says what now?
Speaker 2 (56:15):
With whom you were
sealed for the day of redemption
.
Speaker 1 (56:19):
With whom you were
sealed for the day of redemption
.
Now watch this now.
Did not Jesus say he was goingto sin and he was going to send
the Holy Spirit?
And it wasn't until the HolySpirit come that you would be my
witnesses and have power.
(56:40):
So the Holy Spirit seals theveil.
Oh Lord, help me, holy Ghost,to say that in a way that I
should.
I can say that better.
I can say that better For HolySpirit.
When Christ ascended, hisSpirit descended to live inside
of us.
Come on, that's it right there.
(57:02):
And so Christ living inside ofus is the sealed deal.
Christ is the sealed deal.
Christ is the redeemer and himliving in us is how we is, how
God knows we are his own.
He said I'm the way, the truthand the life.
No man goes to the father butthrough me.
(57:22):
And see, when Christ returned,he's coming back for his bride,
he's coming back for his own, see, and you have to have Christ
in you for the day ofredemption.
Hallelujah, oh my God, oh myGod, oh my God, oh my God, oh my
God.
You have to have the blood onyou in the day of redemption
(57:44):
when Christ comes back.
And so, in other words, youmust be born again of the spirit
.
The spirit is the regenerator,he is the rebirther, so he
generates us over again into asecondary life cycle, which is
into eternal life.
So, the same way you come outyour mother womb with the DNA of
(58:05):
your mother in you, you have tocome out of the womb of the
spirit, born again with the DNAof Jesus inside of you, and
that's the Holy Spirit.
We can't breathe him because heseals the deal Christ in us.
The Bible says that we haveChrist in us, the hope of glory.
See, come on somebody In him.
We live, move and have.
See, come on somebody In him welive, move and have our being.
(58:27):
Come on somebody, let this mindbe in you, which was also in
Christ Jesus.
We have to not only have Christin us by the Holy Ghost, but
Christ's mind in us.
Do you see that?
Oh my God, the Lord has beenmoving, moving, moving, moving
as he teaches us the importancewe would have a relationship.
(58:52):
We need the Holy Spirit instruggle.
Oh my God, so much has happenedin this.
In this session.
We led some people to the HolySpirit who hadn't embraced him
ever before.
We let him for the first timein this session today.
Remember when I paused and tooktime to lead those who had
(59:16):
accepted Jesus Christ but didn'treally accept him as the Holy
Spirit on the inside.
And that is important, that weunderstand the doctrine of the
indwelling Christ, the doctrineand ministry of the Holy Spirit,
the doctrine of God dwelling onthe inside of us.
Oh, that is so good.
That is so good.
(59:37):
Well, we hope you have been onthis journey with us.
This is a journey that God chosefor you and I to participate in
together, that we would be ledof the Holy Spirit, which I
close on this key point that weought to be led by the Holy
(01:00:02):
Spirit.
When Jesus was baptized by Johnthe Baptist in the Jordan River
, the Bible says when he came upout of the water, two things
happened.
The heavens opened and a voicesaid this is my son, in whom I
am well pleased.
In other words, god affirmedhim as a son.
When you and I were born againand accepted Jesus Christ as our
(01:00:25):
Lord and Savior, he said we area chosen people, we are a royal
priesthood and we are peculiarpeople, rather a chosen
generation, a royal priesthood.
That's God affirming us.
He affirmed him this is my son.
We are sons and daughters ofthe most high God.
He has affirmed us.
But then guess what happened?
The Bible says Jesus was led bythe Holy Spirit into the
(01:00:47):
wilderness.
God wants you and I to be ledby the Holy Spirit.
Speaker 2 (01:00:59):
That's good.
Speaker 1 (01:01:01):
That's powerful.
And some people will say doesGod want us to be led by the
word?
What did he say?
He said he wants you to be ledby the Holy Spirit, not to
suggest that you don't learnfrom the word, practice the word
, but the Holy Spirit is the onethat is alive and in real time,
(01:01:23):
speaking to you what to do andgiving you unctions and
utterances down in your soul asto what decision to make and
what to believe and disbelieve.
So we have to let him lead us.
So, my friends, today I wantyou to make a commitment Begin
letting the Holy Spirit lead youand, if you're already doing it
(01:01:44):
, take his leadership to thenext level and let him lead and
guide you.
We are so letting the HolySpirit lead and guide us right
now, oh, my God, because thestruggle is real and we're
making sure we're being led intothe right decisions the right,
yes.
The right, no.
The right maybe.
(01:02:04):
So the right relationships, theright business deals.
The right decisions the right,yes.
The right, no.
The right, maybe.
So the right relationships, theright business deals.
The right locations, the rightgeography, the right mindsets.
As the Holy Spirit leads us.
I don't even know how to closeout this session because I'm
still waiting.
I'm tarrying for the Holy Ghost.
I'm like the apostles in theupper room, the disciples at the
(01:02:25):
time in the upper room, tarrying and waiting for the
Holy Ghost to come, like Jesussaid.
And he will come.
Ladies and gentlemen, why don'tyou practice that sometime?
Why don't you tarry?
This is another practice ofwaiting on the Holy Spirit.
Just tarry, just meditating onGod's goodness in your heart and
(01:02:45):
soul, praying in your inner manthat the Holy Spirit will come
and lead you and guide you inJesus name.
Well, pastor, you want to try towrap up and close us out, or
would you like me to continue tobe led by the Holy God?
Well, my friends and family, atthis point, if you've been
(01:03:06):
following us and listening withus and watching, we need you.
I want to ask you to be led bythe Holy Spirit to become a
regular monthly partner, tobecome a regular monthly.
If it's just five dollars amonth, whatever you can do.
If it's fifteen15 a month, ifit's $50 a month, you're going
(01:03:28):
into good ground.
If you've been seeded by thisword, this must be good ground.
If you grew any in your spirit,in your soul, this must be good
ground and of course you knowit requires support, financial
support for production time, forcameras, for lighting, for
equipment, at all costs and tobe able to take it even further
(01:03:53):
to different continents andcountries and cities and towns
and platforms.
Will you pray and let the HolySpirit lead you and guide you to
be our partner today?
Will you be guided and will yoube led as a partner in this
ministry?
