Anxiety Can’t Stay – Matthew 6:34

Podcast Series: Unshakeable: Daily Christian Prayer & Devotional Podcast
Scripture Focus: Matthew 6:34 – “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.”

Anxiety doesn’t have the final word—God does.
In today’s daily Christian devotional podcast, Reverend Ben Cooper speaks peace into the storms of anxiety, fear, and worry that so many of us silently carry. Drawing from Matthew 6:34, this five-minute episode invites you to lay down your fear of tomorrow and step into the calm assurance of God’s presence right now.

We all face uncertainties—financial pressure, health concerns, relationship struggles, and silent battles that no one else sees. But Jesus said, “Do not worry about tomorrow.” Not because He dismisses our pain, but because He carries it. This verse becomes a lifeline for those overwhelmed, and today’s daily Christian prayer activates that promise over your life.

Putting on the Armor of Peace

In this devotional, Reverend Ben walks you through a sacred act of spiritual preparation: putting on the full armor of God from Ephesians 6.

  • The helmet of salvation guards your mind from intrusive thoughts.
  • The shield of faith deflects fear and panic.
  • The sword of the Spirit equips you with truth.
  • The belt of truth secures your identity in Christ.
  • Feet fitted with peace enable you to walk forward—even through uncertainty.

This is more than symbolic—it’s spiritual warfare. When we align ourselves with Scripture through prayer, anxiety loses its grip.

Real-Life Faith for Real People

This isn’t abstract theology. It’s practical, powerful encouragement for your commute, kitchen table, office, or quiet moment of overwhelm. Whether you’re a student, parent, carer, worker, or leader—this daily Christian prayer meets you in your real life.

You don’t need hours. You need five focused minutes with God. This podcast is your daily spiritual reset—short, strong, scriptural.

God Promises Peace—And Delivers It

This isn’t temporary relief—it’s the beginning of transformation. As you invite God into your anxiety, peace begins to rise. Your circumstances may not change immediately, but your spirit will. This daily Christian devotional podcast is about building peace into your life one prayer at a time.
