Speaker 1 (00:36):
Stay encouraged, stay
faithful and know this you are
not alone.
Gospel of John, chapter 14.
We're going to be in verse 1and verse 6.
So let's just grab a Bible, youknow, for those that are online
, you know, grab yourself aBible, you know, and those that
are in the house, get yourself aWord of God.
There's nothing more powerfulthan the Scripture.
There's nothing more powerfulthan the Holy Word of God.
(00:57):
There's no greater investmentanyone will ever have is to get
a Bible.
You see, we've got all theseBibles on these chairs and we've
got lots of Bibles in thischurch and we want every one of
you to take a Bible.
If you can today, if you cantake a Bible from the church,
you know, take a Bible from thechurch and give it to someone in
your life, at your workspace,at school, college.
I understand all that'sfinished at the moment, but take
(01:18):
a Bible and give a Bible out.
Give a Bible away to family, tofriends.
You know, the greatest giftthat you will ever give away is
a Bible.
Let's turn to the Gospel ofJohn, chapter 14.
And we are in verse 1.
So we welcome everybody acrossthe world.
We welcome everybody in thehouse of the Lord.
The Gospel of John.
You know, if you're online andyou're looking for scripture to
(01:40):
read, you know John is abeautiful place to start in the
Word of God.
John is a beautiful place tostart in the Word of God.
John is a beautiful place tostart and then you can turn to
Psalm 23 and Psalm 91 and allthat sort of stuff.
But I just want to mentionsomething that they just sent it
down from over the sound deskover there.
I just want to mention thisreally, really quickly.
You know, just for those thatare online at this moment, you
know 1,800 cities across theworld, 168 nations.
(02:04):
May God bless you this morning, the hour, wherever you are.
And the top cities that we'rein at this moment is Singapore,
singapore welcome Singapore,welcome.
New Jersey, usa, california, washington and Virginia.
May God bless you.
And the top countries UK.
In the other part as well,we've got the UK, you've got USA
(02:26):
, singapore, germany and Brazil.
So, wherever you are situatedacross the world, may God bless
you today.
In the mighty name of JesusChrist.
The Lord is with each and everyone of us, but let's turn the
Word of God open.
Let's get straight back intothe Scripture.
We're going to the Gospel ofJohn.
There is power in the Word ofGod.
And imagine if you could getthe 25 plus thousand people you
(02:47):
know.
Imagine what that would be likein one space.
Wow, wow.
How powerful would that be tosee brothers and sisters from
every tribe, every tongue, everycolor, every area of life just
worshiping the Lord together.
Imagine what that would be like.
It's going to be like heaven.
It's funny, isn't it?
What we do at church, what wedo especially in the UK.
In church, we box ourselves inin certain criterias, but when
(03:11):
we get called home, we're goingto see everything, everything
mixed up, you know, like a sweetshop.
All mixed up together, not onecolour, not one race, not one
culture, but we're going to beall joined together.
So we're in the Gospel of Johnand we welcome everybody.
But we're going to be alljoined together.
So we're in the Gospel of Johnand we welcome everybody, as we
said, across the world.
Chapter 14, verse 1, you knowthis is such a beautiful text.
(03:32):
We're probably very, veryfamiliar with this and it says
do not let your hearts betroubled, trust in God, trust
also in me.
Verse 1 is critical.
You know, the Bible is clear.
The Bible speaks about God.
It talks about this triuneGodhead that we serve.
The Bible is extremely clearthis morning Do not let your
hearts be troubled.
But we are living in a worldwhere there is trouble at every
(03:54):
corner, every tribe, everytongue.
There's trouble everywhere.
And the world wants you to betroubled, it wants you to live
by fear.
Because when we live in fearand then suddenly we become
dependent on certain things andcertain criterias, what the
world has to offerpharmaceuticals, doctors, this,
that everything, all that sortof stuff but when you know who
you are in God, when you knowwho you are and what the UK
(04:16):
church has done and I would saythe church in the west, it has,
it has taken out, it has takenout who we are we don't know who
we are.
We have lost who we are withinthe UK church and we're
crisscrossing all over the placetrying to find who we are.
We're trying this, we're tryingthat.
But Jesus Christ tells youyou're a son and you're a
daughter, you're blessed andhighly favoured.
(04:37):
He says do not worry.
Do not worry.
You know, the devil uses fear, uses fear.
God uses faith.
But fear and faith, they run soclose together.
They run so close together andthe Bible is telling us do not
let your hearts be troubled.
Do not let your heart betroubled.
Trust in God.
But, pastor Ben, how do I trustin God?
He's not here, as in thephysical realm, he's not this
(04:58):
tangible presence like thedisciples.
That he's not this tangible Godthat I can't touch him, I can't
smell him, I can't, I'm notwalking with him.
The bible says it's by faith.
We are living in such powerfultimes.
We are watching israel beingattacked on every level
politically, through weaponry, through political, through every
area.
But you know what?
(05:19):
God is moving powerfully and weare waiting for the second
coming of jesus christ.
But the UK church has neverbeen so weak because the church
within the UK has desensitizedand tried to wash away and to
take away that.
Do not let your hearts betroubled.
Trust in God.
Who is this God?
Who is this God that thisscripture speaks about?
(05:40):
The scripture doesn't say trustin church.
It doesn't say trust in yourpastor, trust in the worship man
.
It says trust in God.
But who is this God?
The UK church?
I believe, and firstly I speakdirectly to the leaders in the
UK church Are you preachingabout the God of Israel or are
you preaching about the God ofother gods?
(06:02):
What God are you preaching about?
Are you talking about the bloodof Jesus?
Are you talking about the birth, the death, the resurrection of
the coming King?
What God do you believe in?
You know, there's many gods outthere, many gods out there, but
there's only one God and hisname is Yahweh.
He is Jehovah Jireh, jehovahNissi, jehovah Shalom.
He is the healer.
(06:23):
Cancer bows to the God ofIsrael, cancer bows to the God
of Israel, sickness bows to theGod of Israel.
But devils laugh at the othergods because the other gods have
no power.
No other religion has powers toheal you.
No other religion has power toget you into heaven.
How do you know that?
Look at the Gospel of John, chapter 14, and read verse 6.
(06:44):
Jesus answered I am the way.
When you listen to social media, especially social media, you
will find on many platforms youwill have other people trying to
tell us that God created Jesus.
Do not allow that to go inthrough your ear gate, your eye
gate.
Jesus always was, god alwayswas.
(07:06):
But you will find certain areasof other faith, especially in
the area of Muslims, will try totell you that Jesus Christ was
created by the God that theyserve.
I do not serve the same God asthe Muslims serve.
I serve the God of the world.
Where is he?
(07:26):
He's in Genesis.
Turn to Genesis, chapter 1.
If you look in Genesis chapter1, you see the Father, the Son,
the Holy Spirit.
Genesis, chapter 1, you know,in the beginning it says and
then you look at the Gospel ofJohn, have a look at creation.
Creation is powerful, creationis needed.
We need the UK church to tellus about creation.
(07:47):
Who is this God?
Who is this God?
Who is this King?
He's the King of the Jews.
He's not the King of thePalestinians, he's the King of
the Jews.
He's the Saviour of the world.
And Jesus always was.
When you look at Genesis, chapter 1, verse 3, and God said
let there be light.
Critical for the human being, critical, but Jesus says I am
(08:10):
the light of the world, he isthe creator of heaven and earth.
And Genesis, chapter 1, verse 3tells us.
Verse 1 tells us that thespirit of the.
You find the Holy Spirit at thebeginning of creation.
You find Jesus at the beginningof creation and obviously God,
because it's clear.
But you find this triuneGodhead.
(08:32):
Nowhere in Scripture will youfind that God created Jesus.
Jesus is God, god is Jesus.
The Holy Spirit is interwoven.
Through all three there ispower in the greatest name in
heaven and earth, and at thename of Jesus, every knee shall
bow on the earth.
Under the earth, through theearth, every tongue confess that
(08:55):
Jesus Christ is Lord.
So what God do you serve?
What God do you follow?
There are many gods beingpreached about this morning
across pulpits, but there isonly one God, there is only one
Christ, there is only one HolySpirit, and they are interwoven.
You can't separate Father, son, holy Spirit.
(09:16):
Let's have a look at thescripture, verse 6 of John,
chapter 14.
John, chapter 14, verse 6.
Jesus answered I am the way,the truth and the life.
No one comes to the Fatherexcept through me.
How can we get to the Father?
There's only one way that we'vebeen able to get to the Father.
You couldn't get to the Fatherbefore the cross.
(09:38):
But now what has happened?
When Christ went to the crossof Calvary and you find that the
temple curtain was torn in two, separated.
What was it doing?
It was breaking religion.
It was breaking all thebarriers down.
It was destroying everything, the barriers that were so highly
set.
It was impossible.
And Jesus says I am the way.
(09:59):
You can't get to God any otherway, no other religion.
You cannot get to the God ofIsrael.
You'll find other gods on yourpath, but they're not really
gods, they're devils.
So they're not really gods, they're devils.
That's clear.
That's fact.
They're from Lucifer.
They're from Lucifer, they'renot from the God of Israel.
(10:21):
And the UK church will notpreach it.
It will not talk about hell.
It's very simple.
You know, when you look at thescripture, and again in the
Gospel of John, in the Gospel ofJohn 3, 3, you must be born
again.
He doesn't say Jesus says itvery clear.
He doesn't say you must go tochurch, you must be a minister,
(10:42):
you must be a preacher, you mustbe this, you must be that.
He says you must be born again.
And then he takes it out of thehands of the human being.
You know, no pastor will getyou saved.
I won't get you saved, no one.
It doesn't matter how much theypray for you.
Now, that is a strong line tosay.
It doesn't matter how manyprayers you got over you,
(11:05):
because if you are not sealedwith the Holy Spirit and the
blood, you can pray all day long.
It's when God chooses you, andthis is getting serious.
God chooses who goes to heavenand who goes to hell.
That's fact, that is biblicalfact.
Yeah, but then we got thescriptures.
I'm going to church and I'mgoing to go to church and I
(11:28):
remember the day that I receivedmy salvation.
I remember you, remember theday I tell you what that day was
.
When your earth suit and yourhuman, you realized that there
was a holy God.
You did not decide to followJesus.
He decided to tell you at thathour, at that day, that I am
real, I am real, I am real.
There's no human being that hasthe power to say on a Sunday
(11:51):
morning, I'm going to followJesus today.
Lord, come in my life.
He was already in your lifebecause the Bible says in the
Old Testament I knew you beforethe foundation of the world.
He created every angel in theheavenly realms, foundation of
the world.
He created every angel in theheavenly realms.
He even created that mostbeautiful angelic being, as we
know, the fallen angel, and heknows all things.
(12:12):
And he still decided to createevery angel, knowing that some
of them would fall and followLucifer.
Jesus said.
When Jesus said this line inthe gospel of Luke, I see Satan
fall like lightning.
So where did that happen?
That happened before.
When you look at all everything, when you look at everything,
so it puts Jesus at the verybeginning of time I saw.
(12:36):
So when you look at creation,I'm telling you now you'll find
Jesus.
I'm telling you now you'll findthe Holy Spirit.
I'm telling you now you'll findJesus.
I'm telling you, now you'llfind the Holy Spirit.
I'm telling you, now you'llfind the King of Kings and the
Lord of Lords.
But where does redemption start?
Jesus is the redeeming King.
No pastor will get you saved,no prayer will get you saved.
Prayer is critical.
(12:58):
Now, I'm not taking anythingaway from prayer, please.
You know we're a house ofprayer and we have a prayer team
that is fierce.
We believe in the power ofprayer, but let me tell you this
no one can choose him.
Now, that is a scary thing, youknow, because when you said to
yourself, or when someone prayedover you and suddenly God might
(13:19):
have used that prayer and thatinstrument of that person at
that time to line things up, ifit's biblical.
But you can be in the middle ofa field doing what you're doing
and God's going to save you.
You don't need to be in church.
You can be driving your car, sitting on a scaffold, hoovering
the house, doing your washingup and you didn't know Jesus
whatsoever.
And then suddenly, out ofnowhere guess what?
(13:39):
You're born again.
Because the Bible says you mustbe born again.
And what does it mean?
Born from above.
So it takes all power out ofthe hands of the church.
Because, let me tell you this,if pastors had the power of
giving salvation, they'd beselling it left, right and
centre.
And they try to sell it left, right and centre.
(13:59):
They try and sell you healing.
Come and give us $50.
Come and give us 100 quid andin the name of Jesus, you're
healed.
In the name of Jesus, I'm skintbecause that was the last 100
quid I had and I had to getthrough the end of the week with
it.
But I prayed for a healing andI'm still not very well.
Don't get caught in the fakeName it and claim it.
Salvation belongs to theeternal God and God decides who
(14:21):
he's going to save.
Brutal, but he's God, it's hischoice and if you are, it's your
name in the Lamb's book of life, because there is no other way
to the kingdom of God.
And it says that Jesus answeredI am the way, the truth and the
life.
No one comes to the Fatherexcept through me.
So when the temple carton wastorn in two, what was he doing?
(14:44):
He was giving access.
Access to who?
To the eternal God.
Because when you go back in theold testament, no one could go
by the holy of holies.
You couldn't get in thereunless you was called, you was
chosen and we won't go intotheological depths of all that
stuff because of time.
But we understand that thepriests and they had to put a
(15:05):
bit of rope around of each otherbecause God's power and his
holiness would stop your heart.
And so many of them died behindthe holy of holies that their
heart stopped.
They had to pull them out on abit of rope because when you get
in the presence of a holy God,let me tell you this you won't
be giving him a cuddle, you'llbe laid flat out on the floor
because his power is so beyondhuman understanding, so powerful
(15:30):
.
He's a God of order, he's a Godof authority, he's a jealous
God and he ain't to be messedabout with.
If you want a miracle, you goto God.
Don't come to me.
If you want healing, go to God.
If you want a miracle to God,don't come to me.
If you want healing, go to God,you know.
If you want a miracle, don't goto your pastors and your
leaders.
Go to Jesus Christ, because hesays I am the way, the truth and
the life.
Don't come to Elim.
If you need a miracle in yourlife, go to the word of God,
(15:54):
because he says I am the way,the truth, the life.
No one comes to the fatherexcept through me.
There's no other way.
You're not going to get itthrough Buddha.
You're not going to get itthrough Allah.
You're not going to get itthrough the Church of England.
You're not going to get itthrough Helium.
You're not going to get itthrough any denomination.
You're only going to get itthrough the King of Glory, and
his name is Jesus.
He is the great I am.
(16:15):
When Moses was sitting at thatspace in the Old and he went, I
am that I am.
And what did Jesus say in theNew Testament?
I am.
So what are we finding?
We're finding the fulfillmentof this triune Godhead, father,
(16:36):
son and Holy Spirit.
Do you realize that there ispower in your innermost being?
Do you realize that there's agreater life looking at you?
Do you realize that you arefull of faith and all things are
possible to those who believe?
But we have lost our identity.
You know.
Culture does it.
Life does it.
Color does it.
(16:56):
Money does it.
Where we live does it?
We lose our identity of who wereally are in Jesus.
Do we actually know who we areor have we lost ourselves in
every area of the world?
God is calling people.
God is calling people to riseout of the ashes.
God is calling us to rise onwings as of eagles.
(17:17):
He's calling us right now.
He's telling us that the worldis being prepared.
The beginning of birth pains, everything that's going on when
you look around the world.
He is the coming King.
He is the great I am.
He is the Savior of the world.
Back to the scripture, verse 1of John 14.
Do not let your hearts betroubled.
We've got to deal with ourhearts.
(17:38):
Today.
Hearts are troubled, hearts areworried.
We watch the news.
We're worried about the money.
We're worried about the money.
We're worried about life.
We're worried aboutrelationships.
We're worried about this, we'reworried about that.
We spend so much time worryingand allowing fear to control our
lives.
What does fear do?
Fear changes our vision ofJesus Christ.
How do you know that?
Very, very simply because theBible tells us when the
(18:00):
disciples went out onto the lakeand they were fishing and the
storm came out and everythingwas going on, and it says Jesus
came out at that particularpoint because, when they were,
they was fearful of what washappening around them.
They couldn't recognize Jesus.
Because what happens?
Fear distorts our vision ofJesus.
If fear is running my life, mybody temperature rises, my head
(18:25):
goes.
Funny things happen in yourbody anxiety, fear, doubt.
You know what it's like, thechemical imbalance, everything
like that.
Fear is extremely powerful, butfear is actually low when you
think about the power of faith.
So what I've got to do is I'vegot to start speaking to myself.
I'm blessed and highly favored.
I'm wonderfully, I'm fearfullymade.
This sickness is not going totake me out.
This sickness is not going toend unto death.
(18:46):
Lord, I'm going to have aLazarus experience right now.
I'm coming out of the grave.
In the name of Jesus, I'm goingto rise.
These grave clothes are notgoing to hold me down.
Father, in the name of Jesus, sickness bows, fear, bows, doubt
, bows, doubt, bows.
To the name of Jesus, lord, I'mnot going to live my life by
fear anymore.
Why does the Bible speak aboutfear and all that worry 375
(19:09):
times?
Look at what the scripture says.
Do not let your heart betroubled.
Trust in God.
Who is the God?
He's the God of Israel.
He's the God that said letthere be light.
He's the God that sent his sonto the cross at Calvary.
He's the God that is spokenabout around the world.
You know we serve the greatest, the most beautiful, the most
(19:32):
powerfulest God God the worldhas ever known.
But when you look at otherworld religions, when you take a
moment, what they're serving?
They're serving Lucifer, because there is only one, god.
World religions are servingLucifer.
They're dabbling in the occultworld but they label it and they
(19:55):
put makeup on it and they tryand make it look different than
really what it is.
But every other area of worshipoutside of Father, son, holy
Spirit, lucifer, is at the topof the tree.
When you look across the socialnetworks, when you look at the
Illuminati, when you look atFreemasonry, when you look at
the stuff across the world, youknow witchcraft, you know.
(20:18):
When you look at divination, when you look at what's going on
even in the church of Satan andall that sort of stuff,
everything that is going on.
Lucifer is at the top of theChristmas tree, but Jesus Christ
has crushed the Christmas tree.
Jesus Christ has crushed thework of Lucifer.
So when you realize who thisGod is, work of Lucifer.
So when you realize who thisGod is, trust in him.
(20:40):
Who are you?
You know, do not let yourhearts be troubled.
Trust in God and also trust inme, in Jesus.
Who is this Jesus?
Is the church preaching aboutJesus?
Is the church talking aboutJesus Christ as the savior of
the world?
Are they telling us that JesusChrist is our savior, that he
(21:01):
went to the cross?
He went to the cross and hislife was given and he was in
full power of death and lifebecause he was on the cross and
he said father, forgive them, for they know not what they're
doing.
And in the last few words theBible says that he gave his last
words and with that he bowed athis head and gave up his spirit
.
Jesus Christ is in charge ofdeath.
(21:23):
Death did not take Jesus.
Death did not come in and takeJesus.
Death, as we understand it,could not do anything until the
scriptures were fulfilled.
See, he even holds death in thepalm of his hand and when Jesus
Christ was on the cross, what apowerful scene that must have
(21:44):
been.
We can easily look back and gohow powerful that was.
But when you look at that andthat's what took the disciples
and they went we're going backfishing because all of a sudden,
the savior of the world, thisChrist that they walk with, this
Jesus they spent time with, forthese few, these handful of
years, for these 30, these threeyears or so, for the years that
(22:04):
they watched his ministry andeverything that went on,
suddenly this Jesus that hadbeen performing miracles,
suddenly this Jesus is, is on across and it looks like the
Romans and the and and the areaof of control actually put him
on the cross.
But what they don't realize isthat actually put him on the
cross.
But what they don't realize isthat he put himself on the cross
because it's about redemption.
(22:25):
And we find Christ in thegarden of Gethsemane, and I also
call it the 50-50 garden, because when Jesus was in there
he says if it's possible, soJesus is going.
If there's another way and thatreflects to me, lord is there
another way?
Sometimes the way that we gotto go is the hardest road you'll
(22:46):
ever walk.
The road of Jesus, let me tellyou, is the hardest walk you
will ever do.
Because when you start tellingyour friends on social media and
your WhatsApp groups, when youstart telling your friends at
school, when you start tellingthe people around you I'm a
(23:06):
Jesus follower, I'm a Jesusfollower, I believe in miracles
suddenly you find it gets tough.
When you start to tell theworld that I'm a born again
Christian, they go you're a bornagain one, you're born again.
Yeah, I'm born again.
I'm braggadocious, I'm radical.
I believe that God is doingmiracles and I believe God is
saving atheists.
At this moment in time, I lovethe fact that great, powerful
biblical time when Jesus was onthe cross and he had the one to
(23:29):
the left and the right.
When you think about this amoment, church wasn't inexistent
at any particular point at thistime.
As we understand, jesus is onthe center, the thief and the
cutthroats to the left and theright, and the one that said to
him Jesus, will you remember me?
And Jesus said yeah, I rememberyou.
We were twinkling an eye.
You beat me in paradise.
Someone tell me what churchthat thief went to?
(23:51):
Someone tell me where thatmurderer went to church.
Did he come to Ealing?
Ealing weren't around.
Did he do an Alpha course?
Alpha course weren't around.
Did he do an alpha course?
Alpha course weren't around.
Did he get baptized?
He didn't even get baptized.
Did he speak in tongues?
No, he had a filthy mouth.
Did he kill anyone?
Yeah, what ministry was heunder?
What church did he go to?
(24:12):
Who was preaching at him?
What tiktok minister was helistening to?
What Facebook account did headd?
He was at the 11th hour.
Jesus, don't need a church tosave you.
So that erases.
Where were the pastors?
There were no pastors at thecross.
Where was the church?
Well, you can say the churchwas there because religion was
(24:33):
there, in a roundabout way, aswe understand it, because it was
religion that wanted to takehim to the cross.
It wasn't the Roman soldiers, because the authorities, through
Herod and Pilate.
They said we can release you.
And Jesus went you can't donothing because what is
happening?
I've only given you power to do.
So I'm going to that cross, whether you give whatever you
(24:56):
want to do, but that cross hasgot my name on it.
That cross has got your name onit.
That cross has got your name onit.
That cross, I'm going to thatcross and no one's going to stop
me getting to the cross nodevil in hell.
The devils thought they tookhim to the cross.
Religion thought they took himto the cross.
But what they didn't realize isthat the scriptures were being
fulfilled, and what they didn'trealize that the New Testament
(25:18):
hadn't been written yet.
And what they didn't realizethat God sent his one and only
son.
So they didn't know that John 316 was in existence, because it
wasn't in existence until afterthe cross of Calvary.
So when you look at the crossof Calvary, there was no pastors
, there was no TikTok church, there was no wi-fi, there was no
pastors, there was no prayerteam.
(25:39):
At the cross of Calvary, let metell you this You'll get your
biggest victory when yourenemies think they're in charge
of you, because when the enemiesthought they was in charge of
Jesus, they was just fulfillingwhat the Bible had already told.
So if you've got enemies aroundyou and they think that they're
herding you to a place, theydon't realize that they're just
doing what Jesus wants them todo at that particular point,
(26:00):
because through your trials, through your testings, you're
getting strengthened.
The Bible says pick up yourcross daily, hang on a minute,
jesus.
I'm a born again Christian.
I should be dripping in cashright now.
Lord, I'm a born againChristian.
I should have the latestMercedes on my drive.
Lord, I'm a born againChristian.
Lord, I should be as fit as abutcher's dog.
What's going on in my life, jesus?
What did Jesus say to Ananiaswhen Saul got knocked off of
(26:27):
that horse?
Many of us need to be knockedoff our horse when you look at
Ananias.
And God said to Ananias I wantyou to go and pray for Saul.
He went, went.
You're having a laugh, aren'tyou?
I am not praying.
Do you know who that man is?
God went, just go and pray forhim, because I'm going to tell
you what's going to happen tothat man Saul.
(26:48):
Saul, who became Paul thegreatest writer the world, I
would say, has ever seen, wasPaul.
He had to be knocked off hishorse.
He was knocked off his horse.
He was knocked off his horse.
He was blinded scowls on hiseye.
Ananias went you want me topray for him?
God said just go and do it.
He went and prayed for him.
(27:09):
And on the journey of prayer, god told Ananias listen, son,
when you pray for him, I'm goingto show him how much he's going
to suffer for my name.
Oh, hang on a minute Sufferingfor the name of Jesus.
I'm told through social media, church, that everything is going
to kick off at 12 o'clock todaybecause I'm born again and I'm
(27:31):
going to have everything thatthe world is offering.
When you realize who you are,get ready for the biggest strip
back of your life, because Jesussaid to the disciples as they
walked along the shoreline ofGalilee drop your nets, come and
follow me, drop everything yougot.
Seek ye first, the kingdom ofGod and his righteousness, and
everything else shall be added.
(27:53):
Seek Jesus and you'll watchyour plastic friends disappear.
Seek Jesus and also what willhappen?
You'll have fake people comearound you.
When you tell the world I'm aJesus follower, you'll have the
dogs.
You'll have the mutilators ofthe flesh, you'll have the foxes
nipping at your ankles.
When you start saying I'm aborn again Christian, you know
you suddenly start to findeverything turns upside down and
(28:14):
it feels like an hand grenadehas gone off and everything's
gone wrong.
It ain't gone wrong.
It's because Jesus is sayingnow we're about to do business.
I've got to drop before he'lllift you.
You've got to drop.
So when you look at Jesus, itwasn't the devils that took him
(28:35):
to the cross, it wasn't theauthoritarians that took him to
the cross.
It was the vehicle that thescripture used to get us saved.
So when you come back to thecross of calvary and you got the
three three of them, jesus inthe center, where was holy
trinity brompton?
Where was hill songs?
Where was eliam?
Where was all the musicministries?
Where were the pastors of theworld today that are telling you
(28:58):
, me, every one of us, I can getyou saved, I'll pray for you
and you will get into heaven?
Someone tell me where thegreatest preacher was.
Where was Billy Graham?
Where was Ryan Arbunke?
Where was all these ministers?
They wasn't even in existence.
The church wasn't there.
And Jesus just said, within atwinkling of an eye you're
beaming me.
(29:18):
Where In paradise.
And Jesus just said, within atwinkling of an eye you're
beaming me.
Where in paradise, becausesalvation sits in the hand of
God.
And the Bible says that theygave him the greatest name.
They gave him the name Emmanuel.
What does that mean?
God with us.
So, when you look at the cross, who was at the cross?
Jesus.
When you look at the cross, whowas at the cross, jesus.
(29:40):
When you look at the cross, whowas?
When we look at Jesus, father, son, holy Spirit, so when you
look at it, I know what thescripture says and there was
that time of separation, but wedon't actually understand what
that really means in the humanunderstanding and the
understanding of language.
That is not a separation whereyou, what we understand of a
separation, that is sayingcompletely and absolutely
(30:02):
different, because the biblesays that they can't be
separated.
I and the father are one andthat's what jesus says and
that's what got him in trouble.
Because I am the father.
Who do you say you are?
I am that I am.
So the seven I am's in the newtestament, in the gospel of john
, are critical because what ischrist doing?
He's fulfilling what seven Iam's in the new testament, in
the gospel of John, are criticalbecause what is Christ doing?
He's fulfilling what was saidearlier on in the old testament.
(30:25):
So when you look at salvationand if you look at Psalm 91, it
tells you very, very clear aboutsalvation.
You read Psalm 91 all the waydown.
The whole word of God is about.
What is the word of God about?
If you had to sum the word ofGod up to someone, what would
you say it was?
What was the about?
What is the word of God about?
If you had to sum the word ofGod up to someone, what would
you say it was?
What is the main word that youwould think about?
A rhetorical question to me isabout redemption.
(30:47):
It's, from the very beginning, about being brought back.
Because when you look at thefall, when you look at the
garden experiences and we don'teven think about the gardens you
know humanity lost it in gardenone.
There are a few gardens thatthe bible talks about, garden
(31:08):
one it was lost.
Then you look at the nextgarden.
What was the next garden thatwe read about?
We talk about the garden ofGethsemane.
They're bringing back, but thenyou look at the third garden.
It's interesting, the gardenthat we don't even think about,
a borrowed garden, where thetomb was.
Three gardens, three crosses, three nows, three days in.
(31:30):
It's very, very important forme to understand as a Christian.
Humanity lost it at kickoff dayone in the garden, the greatest
garden in the world.
They lost it.
Christ is bringing it back inthe second garden.
The fulfillment is fulfilled inthe third garden.
When you look at the scripture, you can't work this stuff out.
It's impossible.
So do not worry about gettingto church.
(31:52):
Do not worry about getting tochurch on a Sunday.
That's religion.
I understand what the Biblesays.
Do not forget they're comingtogether, but you can be
anywhere.
You can be anywhere.
You can be anywhere.
You ain't got to get a churchto take communion, because
communion don't belong to thechurch.
If you want to understand whatcommunion is, it's called the
Passover, the Passover.
When you want to know what thePassover is, turn to Exodus,
(32:13):
chapter 12.
Read about the Passover.
That is what we're going to dovery, very soon the breaking and
the bread and the taking of thecup.
It don't belong to the church.
It is not a church activity.
It was birthed in Exodus, chapter 12, when God said get a
lamb, and we see the executionof the lamb at the cross of
Calvary.
Exodus, chapter 12, read aboutthe Passover.
(32:36):
What is it about?
Why is it called the Passover?
Because it's the passing overof the angel of death.
Oh, that must be Lucifer.
No, it ain't.
It's God, the God that we spokeabout in the Gospel of John,
chapter 14, verse 1.
Do not let your hearts betroubled.
Trust in God.
You want me to trust in thisGod that went out in the book of
(32:58):
Exodus and anyone that wasn'tmarked by the blood.
Isn't it interesting?
Our brother mentioned the bloodearlier on this morning.
The blood is critical, theblood is critical.
So Exodus, chapter 12, verse 1,all the way through and to 13,.
It tells us about the Passover, the passing over.
And God said when you getyourself a lamb, sacrifice the
(33:23):
lamb.
Do A, b, c and D.
Once you've done that, get theblood of the lamb, put it in the
basin at the bottom of yourdoor, get a hyssop or whatever
it was.
Put that in there, put it overthe doorpost of your house, put
it over the lintel of your house.
See, god doesn't talk aboutchurch.
Church talks about church.
God talks about blood.
(33:45):
God talks about the word.
He doesn't tell us to get toElim, he doesn't tell us to get
to these big ministries.
He just says make sure, makesure when it is time.
You know what the blood means.
And the Bible says that theyshed blood and they've done what
they've done.
And they put it over thedoorpost and they put it over
the lintel there.
(34:05):
And what did God say?
What does blood do?
What has the blood done.
It has redeemed us.
And what was the blood?
God says the blood will be asign.
He's very interested that theycouldn't be covered in the blood
because that wasn't ready yetfor a good number of years.
So, where the Old Testament wasbeing fulfilled every second,
(34:29):
every moment, you know God waspreparing the world for Jesus,
the prophecies were preparingeverything for the cross of
Calvary.
So you've got all theseauthoritarians, you've got the
church, you've got religion aswe understand, you've got the
pilot, you've got Herod, you'vegot all those shouting out give
us Barabbas, give us Barabbas, give us Barabbas.
(34:50):
And that's what the world isshouting out now.
We don't want Jesus, we don'twant the savior of the world, we
want Barabbas, we want aninsurrection.
Now.
We want someone that's amurderer, we want someone.
Give us a leader that will leadus to hell.
What have we got?
Leaders?
Who's in number 10?
Where's he taking you?
(35:10):
Taking you to hell?
Where are they taking thechildren to school?
What are they doing foreducation?
You can be who you like, dowhatever you want to do.
What is the world telling thechildren?
What is the world tellinghumanity?
You can be who you want, whenyou want, however you want to be
, but they're not telling youthere's a consequence when you
do things like that.
(35:31):
If you ain't marked with theblood, do I have the power to
mark myself?
No.
Do I have the power to savemyself?
No, no, the pastors have thepower.
See, the scripture alreadyshows us that the salvation that
we understand does not handitself and go hand in hand with
pastors and leaders anddenominations.
Yes, it's great when there's analtar call, but is an altar
(35:54):
called biblical?
No, it's not, because when youlook at the persecuted church
365 increasing million displacedchristians work this one out
then this is fact and we'rereading it all the time.
This is fact and there arestories out there.
Let's take muslims, becausethis is where it's happening,
(36:17):
very, very powerful at thismoment.
When you look at Iran, iranwon't tell you that the mosques
are being emptied and themosques are getting fewer and
fewer with worshippers and who'sovertaking the mosque and who's
worshipping Christians.
That was.
Muslims are now worshipping inmosques that are now places to
worship Jesus, but Iran won'ttell you that.
(36:39):
The news won't tell you thatone, but you can find it clear
as fact if you look for it.
So what we are finding is thatsalvation doesn't sit in the
hands of pastors, leaders, denominations, altar calls.
It doesn't sit there.
Salvation sits in the hands ofthe eternal God.
Prove it.
Well, I've just said about thecross of Calvary.
(36:59):
There was no pastors, there wasno course, there was no
baptisms, there was no this, there was no that.
There was nothing.
There was no prayer ofsalvation.
There was no prayer teamgathered around that man that
went to glory.
It was Jesus, and Jesus onlyknown as the eternal God.
There was no one at that crossthat prayed for that man.
(37:20):
There was no pastor at thatcross that prayed for that man.
There was no baptismal teamgiving him a t-shirt.
Put the t-shirt on.
Today, let's put it on socialmedia.
We baptize 50 people today.
Hallelujah in the name of Jesus.
Rubbish, rubbish, sister.
When you look at the scripture, the youngest one in the house,
(37:43):
the only one that agrees with mein the name of Jesus, love them
, god.
When you think about thatseriously, think about the cross
.
No pastor, no leader, nobrother, no brother, no sister.
Everyone wanting to see death, everyone wanting to see
everything happen to Jesus.
(38:03):
But there was one that saidremember me.
Remember me when you come intoyour church when.
Remember me when you go wheelhim, jesus, remember me when you
do it.
Remember me when you, whenyou're coming into your kingdom,
remember me when you do this.
Remember me when you, whenyou're coming into your kingdom,
remember me.
And he said within a twinklingof an eye but hang on, jesus, I
(38:23):
ain't done an alpha call, so letme go.
I ain't done a, I haven't donea call.
Give me 10 minutes and I'll goand quickly read some literature
.
Let me get off this cross, letme go to church, let me go and
light a candle, let me takecommunion.
When you think about that, hedidn't even break bread.
And what did a priest do inCatholicism?
(38:47):
Oh, catholic faith of the devil.
Because let me tell you this,if anyone is being refused the
table, what happened at thePassover table?
Coming back to the Passover, what happened at the Passover
table Coming back to thePassover.
Coming back to the Passover, who was sitting around the
Passover with Jesus?
We understand the 12 weresitting around there.
(39:08):
Where was the Church of England?
Where was Elim?
Where was Catholicism?
Where was world religions?
They wasn't sitting around thetable.
He had 12 men that wereprobably bored out of their box,
12 men.
That was just, oh, what's hetalking about?
What's he saying to Judas downthe end of the table?
I just want to get St Louis,I'm hungry, I want to go back
and watch the telly.
What's he going on about?
(39:29):
They didn't know what theconversation was and Jesus said
what did Jesus say to that one, that one that fouled him?
What did he say to JudasIscariot?
What you're about to do, doquickly.
Jesus knew everything, what hewas going to do.
He knew everything washappening and what I find
(39:50):
absolutely fascinating that wetalk about and I speak about so
much, when he was at the table.
You've got to look.
Yes, we understand Judas, judasthe human being.
But the Bible says, as soon asChrist took the cup, what was
the cup that he had?
The cup was the third cup, thecup, the third cup, the cup of
redemption, the cup that he'stalking about in the garden of
(40:11):
Gethsemane.
If it's possible, take this cupfrom me, but not my will.
So Jesus sits now at thePassover table, sits there with
the cup, the third cup, in hishand.
He's got the bread.
He's got the bread, the 11thbread.
And you find this right back inwhat I said Exodus, chapter 12.
Exodus chapter 12 tells youabout what Jesus was about to do
(40:35):
.
And he said I have eagerlyawaited what's he going on about
because Jesus was about to do.
And he said I have eagerlyawaited what's he going on about
Because he was the one that putthis in place.
He was the one that watchedthis happen over the thousands
of years, coming up to thispoint.
And he said I've eagerlyawaited.
He's been waiting before timebegan.
He was waiting before humanitybegan because he knew, before
(41:01):
the world was created, that theywould fall in the garden.
So when you look at salvationand when you look at the cross
and when you look at thebreaking of bread and the
Passover, when you really lookat that Jesus didn't refuse the
devil what do you mean?
The devil weren't there.
What are you going on about?
(41:22):
Lucifer at the table.
If you look at the Passover, you've got the 12 sitting around
, sitting around, the followersof Jesus sitting around the
table.
They was familiar with thisbecause this was their tradition
, so they was probably oh, jesusis going to break bread in a
minute.
Hang on a minute.
What?
They didn't realize that thiswas the last time that Jesus was
(41:45):
going to partake, because hehad done this before.
They'd done all this before.
But this time was the last time.
That's why he said I've eagerlyawaited to do this with you.
This was the last time.
And then, suddenly, we knowthat salvation would fall after
this.
As we understand it.
So as he broke bread and he putthe bread in the cup, the
(42:06):
redemption cup, and he handed itover to Judas, the Bible says
that Satan entered into the bodyof.
So who was Jesus?
Eyeball to eyeball with thephysical realm, the tangible
presence of Judas.
But when he looked into theeyes of Judas Iscariot, lucifer
(42:29):
was in the earth.
So you could look at it likethis darkness has taken the
blood, darkness has smelt thebread of the.
It got that close.
It got that close to the bloodand the bread, because the bible
(42:51):
says that that at that moment,at that moment, lucifer entered
into the body of Judas Iscariot.
So no one can be refused.
So if you've been refused, lucifer didn't get refused.
So if you're in a church orsome organization where they're
(43:13):
saying you can't take thisbecause you ain't been confirmed
and you ain't worn this and youain't danced to my tune and you
ain't give me 50 quid onSaturday morning to help me out
with me, one-armed bandit.
If you have ever been refusedcommunion, breaking of the bread
, get out of the church becauseyou can do this on your own in
the field.
You can sit in the back of yourtransit van, you can sit on
(43:33):
your sofa, you can be sitting onthe edge of your bed.
You don't need to be in thechurch because, when you look at
all this stuff, all this wasdone outside of the church,
outside of what we understandthe church.
So, coming back very, veryquickly, we've got 10 minutes
and we're going to click out.
We'll be off air and we'regoing to break bread in just a
few moments.
It'll be served in a moment.
So let's just recap.
Jesus says I am the way, thetruth, the life.
(43:55):
No one comes to the Fatherexcept through me.
Jesus is the way.
He says do not let your heartsbe troubled.
Trust in God and also trust inme.
And at the cross of Calvarythere was no baptism, there was
no pastors, there was no prayerteam, there was no Christians,
(44:17):
there was no.
Yes, there was followers of theway, but not as we understand
it today.
So when you look at the cross, the cross gives freedom, so as
we break bread and take it a cup.
Today, we're not doing itbecause the church has put it in
place.
We're doing it because of Jesus, through God, through the Holy
(44:38):
Spirit, through Scripture.
It is all through Scripture.
So let me just come back tothis quickly.
I kept talking about Muslimsearlier and multi-faiths, and
whatever way you want to look atthat.
Think about this for one minutebefore we come to the table.
Many uncountable stories.
(44:58):
This is what's happening acrossthe world outside of the church
as we know it.
Uncountable people are going tobed at night as Muslims in a
Muslim house, in a Muslim family, going to bed in a house that
serves Buddha, foreign godsgoing to bed serving foreign
(45:21):
gods, and in the middle of thenight they're having visions of
who, jesus.
And they wake up in the morningand guess where they ain't been
To church, guess where theydidn't know what existed Church,
guess who they didn't reallytalk about in that house because
it was not allowed.
They didn't talk about Jesus, there was no Bibles.
(45:42):
But they wake up in the morningand they go.
I've had a visitation.
Jesus Christ has changed mylife.
And they wake up not as aMuslim, not serving Buddha, not
serving the devil.
They wake up without going tochurch, without a baptism,
(46:04):
without a Bible, without apreacher or a teacher, and guess
what?
They're born again, becausebeing born again comes from
above.
We ain't got to run to thechurch.
You ain't got to run to thelatest revival that's going on.
You ain't got to buy a ticket.
If you've got to pay for aticket to get in to see Jesus,
jesus ain't in there.
Let me tell you that, in thename of Jesus, jesus is free
(46:26):
because he says I am the way,the truth, the life.
No one comes to the Fatherexcept through me.
You will know the truth and thetruth will set you free.
If you're being charged to goto church for, let's say, a
concert or whatever it is, ifyou're being charged, I don't
think.
Jesus is there.
Jesus has left the building.
When you think about it, jesusnever charged for a sermon, he
(46:50):
never charged for a prayer Free.
Well, it wasn't free becausethe price had been paid All
under the blood.
Let's come to the table, father, in the name of Jesus, we break
bread together right now and wetake it a cup, and we're doing
it because the Bible tells us.
We're doing it because theBible has told us.
(47:10):
So, right now, lord, father, wetake the bread.
We break the bread, lord, intwo, we take it, we dip it in
the cup, father, just as thescripture says, and we say, lord
, I pray right now that I willrecognize, right now, that this
symbolizes the body of Christand the blood of Jesus.
And as I take this, lord, Ithank you, right now that my
name is stamped in the Lamb'sbook of life.
(47:31):
So, lord, will you cleanse mefrom the crown of my head to the
sole of my feet.
Lord, will you hold me tight atthe cross, bless this bread in
Jesus' name, Amen.
According to scripture, he tookthe cup, he prayed over it,
he'd done what he'd done and hesaid this cup represents, this
(47:52):
is redemption.
So, lord, I ask you right now,as I take this cup, you will
cover me in the blood of Jesusagain and again and again.
So, father, I thank you thatblood was shed at the cross and
I thank you, father, that mylife belongs to you.
And, father, no weapon forgedagainst me shall prosper.
(48:13):
So, lord, I thank you, lord, that we are covered in the blood
from the crown of our head tothe sole of our feet.
Amen, in Jesus name.
You know there's nothing morepowerful than breaking bread at
home, taking a cup at home.
Take it to work with you, takeit to school with you.
You haven't got to be in thechurch, because when God gave
(48:34):
the instruction in Exodus therewas no church when Jesus done
that for his last physical time.
But he said as often as yougather together, do this in my
name.
And in the Old Testament, inthe book of Exodus, it tells us
that God said this will continuefor generation and generation
and generation and generationand generation, because it's not
(48:57):
a religious exercise.
It's remembering about thePassover lamb.
It's remembering about JesusChrist.
Is that lamb what was spokenabout in Exodus?
The lamb that was slain.
What did John say when Jesuscame around the corner?
What did he say?
Oh, here comes Jesus.
No, he didn't say that he knewwho he was, but he went the Lamb
(49:22):
, the Lamb of God.
So he was telling us that thescriptures were being fulfilled.
It's the Lamb of God and hebaptized him in that beautiful
river.
So when you think about whatwe're doing, you can do it at
work, you can do it sitting inthe field, you can do it sitting
(49:42):
at home, but all we've got todo is just shut down for a
moment and say, jesus, I'm goingto break this bread right now
and I'm going to take this cup.
Yeah, I might be on my own, itdoesn't matter, it doesn't
matter.
But when you do that, it is sopowerful.
It is so powerful.
So it's not just held in forSundays, it's for every day.
(50:03):
And if you're at a church wherethey don't do it at every
service, is it a real church?
Every service, there's noreason why it can't be done.
There's no reason why we can'tbreak bread when it's just me
and someone in here.
As often as you gather, asoften as you gather, what are we
doing today?
We're gathering.
What does church do?
It gathers the saints.
(50:23):
It gathers the brothers andsisters.
So, every church, every service, we need to break bread and to
take it a cut.
Let's just come before the Lord.
We've just got two minutes, just over two minutes, father,
in the name of Jesus.
We recognize that there was nopreachers at the cross.
Well, actually, there was thegreatest preacher the world had
(50:44):
ever known, because he gave thegreatest message and it was
delivered in three minutes Lessthan three minutes actually,
because he said to Nicodemus youmust be born again.
That is the greatest sermonthat's ever been preached.
No one will deliver a sermonlike that.
(51:08):
You must be born again, jesusand one man.
But that sermon has ricochetedaround the world.
That is the greatest sermon theworld has ever preached is this
you must be born again.
That's all you need to say.
You must be born again.
That's all you need to say.
You must be born again.
Because that's fact, and Jesussaid that, the Nicodemus.
So, lord, in this close of thisonline service, this service
(51:28):
today, father, we recognise thatour heart should not be in
trouble, according to the word, that we've got to trust in our
God and we've also got to trustin me, jesus.
So we've got to trust in Godand we've got to trust in our
God and we've also got to trustin me, jesus.
So we've got to trust in Godand we've got to trust in Jesus.
And Lord, we ask you becausethere are many like Thomas.
In verse five, thomas said tohim well, lord, we don't know
the way to where you're going.
(51:49):
How can we get to this place?
Jesus said I am.
I am the way, the truth and thelife.
No one comes to the Fatherexcept through me.
So if you're calling out forJesus, he's actually already got
you.
What is happening to you rightnow is that your body is just
(52:11):
recognizing that Jesus is real.
Your earth suit is justcatching up with Scripture.
It has been fulfilled and hasbeen spoken over your life.
Fathers, we leave the houseright now.
Fathers, we click out online.
Father bless those are onlinewith us across the world.
Bless everybody that's in heretoday.
So, father, we thank you, lord, that salvation is in the hands
(52:32):
of the eternal god.
Bless us as we Cover us in theblood of Jesus.
