Accepting my decisions: Revelation Revamp March 2024

Have you ever found yourself anxious or stressed and you didn't know why? I finally found out the why once I understood what anxiety was.

Anxiety is a decision that has not been made. I got that perception from a life coaching course I had taken. It was insightful.

I began to ask myself questions like, "What decision am I not accepting?"

The decision I was not accepting was the decision I had made to stay home with my children: I choose my influence and connection with my children over financial security: I realized I was having trouble accepting my decision because I was more occupied with how I was being seen by others instead of remembering what my priorities and values are.
