Does someone else determine you?

That was a dynamic that I operated in for most of my life and one that I found myself in just last year. I wanted to share this experience with you guys in case you can relate as well as what I do to cope with it at the same time.

I also shared from a book I read years ago that helped me uncover codependency in my life and what it suggested you can do to help with it.

The title of the book is Facing Co-Dependency by Pia Mellody.
