Hope VS. Expectation.

Today I want to share with you guys some notes I came across in February 2025 that got me thinking.

I was reading a book called, How Can I Let Go, I'f I Don't Know I am Holding On. I can't remember the name of the author.

She was discussing the differences in the book and I began to realize that my expectations were my hope to keep my fears at bay: I didn't want to experience some of the same difficulty I had in the past so I set up expectations and goals to prevent the hurt and fears I have had.
