(00:00):
Bible says in Jeremiah 33, verse6.
Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it.
I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace
and security. In Jeremiah 33, verse 6, we find
one of the most comforting promises in all of Scripture.
God speaks these words to His people at a time when they were
(00:21):
surrounded by devastation. The nation of Judah was in
crisis, the city of Jerusalem was under siege, the people were
scattered, and destruction seemed inevitable.
Yet in the midst of despair, Goddeclares nevertheless, I will
bring health and healing. What a powerful word.
Nevertheless, it means. Despite all that has happened,
(00:43):
despite your failures, despite the ruin caused by sin, despite
the consequences of rebellion, God is not finished with you.
His purpose is restoration, not destruction.
His heart is to heal, not to harm.
We all go through seasons when life feels broken.
Sometimes it's the result of ourown choices.
(01:04):
Sometimes it's because of the fallen world we live in.
In those moments, shame, guilt, and hopelessness can whisper
that it's too late, that we're too damaged, too far gone.
But the voice of God speaks louder nevertheless.
I will heal. I will restore.
I will bring peace. I will give you security.
(01:26):
God's healing isn't just physical, though He is the Great
Physician, His healing reaches the inner places.
He heals broken hearts. He restores relationships.
He mends fractured faith. He calms anxious minds.
And His peace isn't temporary orfragile.
It is abundant peace, overflowing, unshakable,
(01:49):
grounded in His presence. His security doesn't depend on
circumstances, but on His unchanging promises.
Ask yourself today, where do I need God's healing in my life?
What brokenness have I been trying to fix on my own?
Am I willing to trust God's promise of restoration even when
I can't see the way forward? Remember, healing is a journey.
(02:13):
Sometimes it is instant and sometimes it unfolds over time
as we walk closely with God. But always His desire is for
your wholeness and peace. Hold on to this truth.
God's power to heal is greater than any hurt you carry.
His peace is deeper than any storm you face.
His security is stronger than any fear that tries to grip your
(02:34):
heart. No matter what you've been
through, God is still the God who heals and restores.
