While many believers gather freely, millions around the world worship in hidden rooms, whisper their prayers, pass Bibles in secret, and risk arrest, violence, or death for following Jesus. The persecuted church is not a story from history — it is happening now.

From London to Beijing, from Tehran to Mogadishu, faith is burning in places where Bibles are banned, churches are destroyed, and Christians are imprisoned for refusing to deny Christ. These believers are not asking for escape — they are asking for endurance, courage, and strength to stand firm under pressure.

When one part of the body suffers, we do not scroll past — we pray, we remember, we carry them in intercession. The underground church is not weak — it is the purest form of discipleship on Earth.

This is our morning devotional.
This is our morning with eachother as we lock shields across
continents and nations, citiesand towns, tribes wherever we
are, we belong to the name ofJesus Christ.
Hebrews 13, verse 3.
This is a global prayer for thepersecuted church, the

This is Faith Under Fire withReverend Ben Cooper.
Father, we come to you rightnow, and as we record this live
in London, England, we pray,dear God, for the underground
church, the secret church.
Father God, as they are lookingfor Bibles, as they worship in
secret, Lord, as they whisperthe Spirit of the Living God
into their communities.

Father, we believe right awaynow, from Tehran all the way
through to Afghanistan, all theway from Afghanistan, all the
way to Israel.
From Israel, we thank you, JesusChrist, that South Korea, North
Korea is saved and bloodwashedin the name of Jesus.
All the way through toSingapore, China, we thank you
right now in the name of Jesus.
Lord, we pray for Egypt.

We pray for calm in Egypt, thatEgypt will know Jesus Christ as
their Lord and Savior.
Lord, as the suffering church,we lift it up as the global
prayer family today.
We lift up the persecuted churchas they worship in secret,
suffer in silence, and theystand in courage where
Christians are out, Lord.

(02:15):
Father, we pray for every nationand we also bring India before
you, Lord, as it's going throughthe crisis that it's going
through at this moment in time.
Father, we pray for North andSouth Nigeria.
We pray, dear God, for the areasof the atrocities what's
happening to the secretbelievers.
Lord, we pray for the persecutedchurch.
Father, we thank you where wecan gather freely.

Millions around the world arehiding in hidden rooms,
whispering their prayers,passing Bibles in secret, and
risking arrest, violence ordeath for following Jesus
Christ.
Father, we lift up thepersecuted church.
And this is not a story ofhistory.
This is happening right now.
And Lord, we pray for thebelievers, dear God, as they

duck the bullet fire, as theyrun their guard from terrorism,
as they run as churches arebeing destroyed, as Bibles are
banned, and as Christians arebeing imprisoned for refusing to
deny Christ.
Father, what a call they haveover their lives.
And we bring these believersbefore you right now, and we
pray that the fire of God willcarry them to endure, give them

courage, give them strength tostand when their faith is under
fire.
Lord, we belong to the body thatis suffering.
But Lord, we ask you right nowthat we will not scroll through
past this, but we will pray.
And we will pray for theunderground church as they
worship in secret and as theyworship in silence.
We pray, dear God, for thesecret church that you will

bless the secret church, thatyou will remind the secret
church, Lord, that there areintercessory prayers going out
for them right now.
Lord, we believe that theunderground church is not weak,
but Lord, it is being pursuedand it is pursuing the word of
God.
We believe that the persecutedchurch is rising.
We pray for the persecutedChristians in hostile nations.

We're praying for theunderground house churches to
remain strong.
We're praying for believers inprison for their faith.
We're praying for courage forChristians to face that death
threat in the name of Jesus.
We pray for the secret disciplesthat are following Jesus Christ
in different nations around theworld.
But Lord, we also pray formartyrs that have gone missing,

dear God, through missionarywork.
We're praying for revival, keep,dear God, the gospel moving.
Father, we believe in miraclesand we make a life application
now.
It is your faith, Lord God.
I pray, brother and sister, thatfreedom will fall on your lives.
We declare as we stand in unityfor the persecuted church,
wherever they are, give themcourage.
