Psalm 46:1 — Midday Prayer for Strength, Refuge, and Help in Times of Trouble

12 P.M. Release — Recorded live here in London, England — from London to Toronto, from Manila to Nairobi — uniting believers in prayer at the heart of the day.

Scripture (NIV)

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1 (NIV)

Show Notes

Midday arrives, pressure builds, emotions shift, energy drops — but Psalm 46:1 interrupts the weight of the day with unshakeable truth: God is not distant, delayed, or distracted — He is ever-present.

This prayer is for everyone who needs strength at lunchtime: leaders making decisions, parents running homes, students under pressure, workers in chaos, believers fighting silent battles. God is not your last resort — He is your first refuge.

From London to Toronto, from Manila to Nairobi, thousands are pausing to reset the day with prayer, not panic. What tries to drain you cannot destroy you — because God strengthens you right in the middle of it.

Declare aloud: “God is my refuge — I will not break, I will not retreat, I will not collapse.”
