The Father says today, I am sharpening your discernment regarding the relationships in your life. Just as the enemy sends distractions to derail your destiny, I send divine connections to propel you into your purpose. You must learn to distinguish between those who come to drain your spirit and those sent into your life as an instrument of grace. Do not look merely at outward appearances, for My messengers do not always arrive in packages you expect. Whether they appear rough and unpolished or refined and kingly, you must look past the surface to see the anointing I have placed within them.

The Burden
The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole.
