all the time by different peoplehere in San Antonio
that are looking to sell their house fastfor different reasons.

And then we determine what is the cost of the repairs thatare gonna be needed to fix this house up?

And we deduct that from- from, uh, thatamount that it's gonna sell for,
and we include in a small amount for profit for ourselves,and that's how we come up with the offer.
