It’s Thankful Thursday, and this week we’re focused on one powerful word: nourish.
And yes—when life is loud, messy, and overwhelming, gratitude can feel far away.
But sometimes the most nourishing thing you can do… is to pause, be present, and thank yourself.
Not for being perfect.
Not for doing it all.
But for simply showing up again.
Still breathing.
Still trying.
Still loving through it all.
