This week I talk about how I was in the shit. My ego was out, inner child was freaking out, my nervous system was out of whack. It was a rough month, and I was not able to come on here and share with you all!
I also talk about how suffering is internal and also can it be environmental/ external? It was hard for me to be alone but also hard to be around people at the same time.
How far can you go if you nervous system cannot meet you there? how much suffering is internal? is there external suffering? could it be both?
