Dave Olson is at the table with Roger Helle, a retired Marine Corps sergeant. Roger did three tours of duty during the Vietnam War where he was wounded on three different occasions. And later he returned to do ministry in Vietnam. On this episode he shares stories about his time in Vietnam, launching Teen Challenge in the Midlands and the impact a Son of God can have on the workplace.

Through Roger Helle Ministries Roger, and his wife Shirley, mentor other “faith-based” programs and nonprofits using their experiences of 40 years of non-profit ministry. Roger’s most recent book, “A Time to Kill, A Time to Heal” has impacted literally thousands of lives. It is a story of hope and healing for wounded, broken people.
