Sales Calls don't act like a Jerk!


When you are prospecting and cold calling

And expecting to setup meetings and schedule follow-ups

don't act like a jerk and think you know everything


While working with your customer

They will know you are full of shit and never buy from you

The skill is in listening and replaying back what the customer needs, wants and has problems with


They know you are fake when you try to impress them and or blow them away

Being good is not always being a jerk.

Change the way you deal with all types of people

There is room to learn. There is room to grow

There is room to get better when talking to your new clients.

[Building Rapport] I've been reaching out to folks that submitted a request form for information [] and wanting to follow-up with you and your company.


[Empathizing] I know how busy things can get, so I won't take up too much of your time. But I'm here to listen and understand what challenges you might be facing right now.


[Active Listening] Would you mind sharing a bit about your current priorities or pain points? I'm here to learn how we might be able to assist you in reaching your goals more effectively.


[Reflecting Needs] Ah, I see. So, it sounds like [you faced with even more threats with your online systems and POS]. Am I getting that right?


[Offering Solutions] Well, based on what you've shared, I believe we might have some strategies or solutions that could align well with your objectives.
