I believe the real stimulus is a 30 year gift we are all being given in the form of near zero interest rates and very low mortgage rates. In this real estate investing podcast, I talk about a home I purchased in 1987 for $50,000, when I was making minimum wage! I talk about how it is actually easier to buy the same home today making minimum wage, compared to 1987. I know it sounds crazy, but follow the numbers. Spoiler alert: Interest rates are lower today and that helps!
