Hey! My name is Megan Blake and I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This is a scripture and General Conference study that will help you experience Jesus Christ and grasp His hope. Faith is the beginning and love is at the end, but what is in the middle? Hope. Hope gives us security, grounding, and something to hold on to as we navigate this crazy life. Join me as we learn together how to cling to this kind of hope.

In this week’s episode I shared with you one belief that has served me well in becoming the best version of myself. This belief is 'My Heavenly Parents love me and I am Their daughter'. Knowing who I truly am gives me so much confidence over my own life experience, over my actions, thoughts, and relationships. I read some text from the Book of Moses and some quotes that help us understand who God actually is.
In this week's episode we dive into the phsychological model that helps us gain awareness into our thoughts and how we show up in our life. We read some text from the Book of Mormon (Alma 36) which shows the power of thoughts especially in building our faith in Jesus Christ and feeling joy.
