Tracy J Cao, self-described as "one of the multi-career person[s]," brings over 25 years of experience bridging communication gaps across industries. Though formally educated in computer science and hotel management, Tracy's career has primarily focused on translation services between Mandarin Chinese and English for multinational corporations. "Through doing business, helping them to communicate in two different languages taught me different industries, mainly in automobile finance, healthcare and some legal industry," Tracy explains. Her unique ability to quickly become a subject matter expert has allowed her to work across numerous fields—from clinical trials to business contracts. In September 2024, Tracy expanded into audio book production, recognizing that "audio is powerful" and more accessible globally than video content. "Audio does empower us to reach a wider audience," she notes, highlighting how audio can transcend technological limitations in many parts of the world. As both a technical and creative writing expert, Tracy now produces various audio works including children's books, non-fiction, and even poetry for the blind, combining her linguistic expertise with her passion for clear communication.
