Everyday small business receive ratings on various websites for their goods and services. Sometimes it's high praise and sometimes it's just downright rude. There are real humans behind these businesses who simultaneously deeply appreciate and despise the review systems that are online, especially since they can't respond in a meaningful way. Dear Elite Reviewer provides the opportunity for these small businesses to say thank you or clap back at their own reviewers! Every episode James and Amy will read one positive and one negative review of the guest's business and give them room to respond. Both reviews will be chosen by our hosts so let's hope everyone is up for a good time!
