Dear Spin Sisters takes an honest, sometimes emotional, mostly funny look at women of multiple generations and how each views situations differently. Join them as they explore the thoughts that keep us spinning, the memories we savor, and the very acts it takes to reach for our dreams. The authors of the podcast Dear Spin Sisters and the book, Shut Your Mouth, also openly discuss mother daughter relationships, the good, the bad, and the hopeful ways each navigate their journey. A dear friend Amy Stevens put her impressions of the cover art into words better than they could. "I immediately thought of the spin of my life, all my moments and experiences. Keeping tight those golden cherished moments. Keep flying and trying. Light and high is a grand view, while helping others to get there too." They believe that knowing your mother's story ultimately creates your own perspective of the life lessons you've learned along the way.
