Deconstructing Mental Health in Evangelicalism

We look at and discuss different experiences growing up in evangelicalism and what we were taught about mental health/illness. Sadly, the messaging was pretty consistent across the dozens of folks I polled for this. We break down the harmful messages and how we can better address them as peers.
