“It’s important to do work your way, as there is no one right way to inhabit a particular identity or value.”
In this episode of Decontextualized, Natalia Rachel is joined by Dr. Elisa Glick, founder of Elisa Glick Consulting, and strategic partner of New Chapter Coaching. Elisa shares her personal journey of coming out of the closet, and how emotional tolls affect the body. She also shares her viewpoints as a DEI person, on how the system has a huge impact on how we can experience the world freely and safely. However, we also need to also address the concept of working on ourselves and our traumas, as we need both the internal work and the system work to truly heal.
